  Good hotel

  Stayed here for a night on the 20th January.. very clean .. very quiet ,had a good nights sleep .The shower was hot and powerful and the wifi was quick and constant.. Standard breakfast,but wished people would smile more ... located next to shopping mall ,so great if you need a bank for exchanging monies .. have all western foods that make you fat ,but also a good food hall ...would stay again

  BAD! BAD! BAD!

  PARKING: Arrived at 2:00 PM and there was no parking available. Parked at Tesco-Lotus, walked through mall to get to hotel. Ball room in use, parking lot filled. TINY BED: Paid for deluxe room for two adults. Bed was tiny and poor quality. Lack of hooks in bathroom to hang clothes. Room outdated! BUFFET: Breakfast buffet is included. Food choices limited and quality marginal. No coffee machine for cappuccino, espresso or hot chocolate. Was told by staff I could go to coffee shop in mall and return with cappuccino. REALLY! DESK STAFF: Ladies at check-in/check-out desk are totally lethargic. BELLHOP: Is the only bright spot at this hotel. He is friendly, energetic, helpful and provided good customer service. Outstanding! MALL: Hotel is adjacent to mall. INTERNET: BAD!

  You Get What You Pay For

  Hotel is Old an Dated and used by Chinese Tour groups, which means coming and going at unusual hours and noisy in the corridors at those times and many doors banging. Walls between rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything all night long!! @ Reception both Check In and Check Out was easy with great efficient service. Rooms are not well equipped, not hair dryer etc. Breakfast was adequate but boring choices. My wife and I both got diarrhoea from the eggs. We only stayed here because our usual choice of Nong Khai hotel was already full up! Remember - You get what you pay for, and we really did NOT pay alot!!

  Acceptable for 2 nights!

  The room is dated. The lobby is acceptable. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is under renovation. The breakfast room is nice and clean. The power went out about three hours on the first night because of the storm.

  My Home in Nong Khai.

  Whenever I have something to do in Nong Khai I always stay at this hotel for one or two nights. The location of the Hotel is very good next to large Supermarkets, and just a step away from the Hotel there are the characteristic "Tuk-Tuk" ready to take you anywhere quickly. The staff is very kind and very professional and the rooms are clean. A good breakfast is included in the room price.
