  My 17yo son and I visited from the Bay Area in the US. We have thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities (i.e. pool, gym and more) it has to offer. Its location is superb. Located next to a 8-story Raffles City Shopping center, there are a wide variety of shops - you name it and you will get it - even with a small theatre showing the latest movies. We like all the boutique restaurants, coffee/tea/fruit juice shops, clothing shops etc. Situated in second-ring road in BJ, it is within easy walking distance to subway (to the airport) and the famous food street. One more thing, its complementary breakfast is also great as I appreciate the extra effort to provide a variety of food to accommodate international travelers. Overall this is my 5-star residence. Will come again.

  Nice service apartment for family

  great location with the shopping mall, food court, super market and subway right downstairs in the same building. the breakfast has decent selections but doesn't taste good though. Staff are nice and friendly. the swimming pool is nice and clean.

  Perfect location from Capital Airport

  This is our first time at Ascott Raffles City Beijing and we have to say we had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and always carry a great smile on their face. The hotel room is clean and breakfast is more than enough to have a good start of the day! Hotel is direct from Capital Airport by Airport Express (cost RMB 25 single trip, approx 20 mins). The downside is you have to exit E and walk about 5-10 min to hotel. It may be a bit of inconvenience if you carry a lot luggage. The hotel is above shopping mall with lot of choices for fast food, or groceries etc. The hotel room is large with separate kitchen, living room. You have direct access to line 2 subway station. Or, you order get a taxi easily from the hotel entrance. Breakfast is great and more than enough to start a good day. Some of the hot items are not particular hot enough and that's why I have taken out a star from this review. The front desk officer and their Manager Miki Wu are particular friendly and helpful in sorting out issues for me. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

  Highly recommended

  The location of this service apartment is splendid. It is next to a shopping mall with some good restaurant and eateries, and even a cinema! There is a direct subway line to the Beijing capital international airport and would only require a 25 minutes train ride to reach the airport. Excellent and friendly services especially at the breakfast lounge, which has a good spread of Chinese food.

  Good choice

  excellent location, connect with shopping mall and subway. good living room and bedroom with amazing night view. I like the complete kitchen best, we can cook self if don't wanna have dinner outside. I believe this is convenient for long term stay as well, the washing machine in the room is a combination of washing and drying. swimming pool and gym room are very nice
