  Mejora calidad precio

  Nunca nuestro cliente se ha quejado de nada para este tipo de hotel, comida y servicio y otros "todo perfecto"... Relación calidad precio óptima por ser un hotel de 4 estrella ofrece un precio de base de uno de 2 estrella... Su ubicación cerca del aeropuerto les ofrece más tiempo para descansar antes de salir para coger un vuelo de noche...

  Close to the airport, but lacking comfort and cleanliness

  This hotel is convenient since it is only a couple minutes from the airport. However, it is a smoking hotel. We found cigarette ash/butts in the carpet in our room, and there was a very strong smoke smell in the halls. The beds are also like sleeping on boards. It is like sleeping on just the mattress spring. It is also decorated very interestingly...there is a statue of Mao in the foyer.

  It was simply... HORRIBLE !

  We went there to swim on a sunny Sunday (13/10/2019). The standardist was very polite and welcoming. We paid for 8.000ar for the swimming pool, quite afordable. When We arrived at the swimming pool, there were garbage all over, even in The pool. When I wanted to change clothes, I was stuck in thé locker room because there was a problem with the door Though, We didn't find any note or information about that. And, I stayed in the locker for 30mn. I was tempted to jump over The wall but with a plaster wall, I was a little afraid. With all that, the roommaid or women staff said that it was my fault if I was locked, and When I replied back how am I supposed to know that i couldn't close the door she said that I was insolent... And finally, the chinese owner of the hôtel Who had lunch in thé dîner room next to thé pool smoked cigaret and throwed his used cigaret directly in thé swimming pool. To sum it up : - cleanliness: 0/5 - Service: 0/5 - material: 0/5 - Food: 3/5 - Price: 1/5

  Good hotel with good food

  The hotel has convenient rooms, a swimming pool (freezing water in July) and a very good restaurant. Really good food at decent price. One can walk to see stalls and local market close by. Also local restaurants.

  Poor quality for the price

  Arrived at about 4pm to a massive loud party being held in the reception/conference hall which made it difficult to even reach the reception desk because of all the tables that had been set up and the people attending. The room was clean but charmless with a lot of cheap looking gold decor. We were told dinner starts at 7 - which we promptly arrived to. After finishing our (very Chinese) dinner and wanting to order desert at 8pm we were told no sorry the chef has left. Service standard I would say was at the bare minimum and communicating at all was quite difficult. Only upside is that the hotel is very close to the airport.
