  Ski holiday for first timers

  Reception staff lovely on arrival very helpful. 300 deposit on arrival. Apartment slept 8 A23. Initial impression was fabulous. Very spacious, heated floors, 3 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen but no microwave. Did have silverfish in bathroom and kitchen as reported by other reviewers, not enough to spoil a holiday though. Lots of balcony space, great views. Very Near bus stop for centre, but only 15 min walk in ski boots too. Local supermarket quite pricey but everything there. Kids used swimming pool which was on the cool side for me, but they loved it. The apartments werent that noisy when we visited, maybe thats luck! Great boot room for skis etc in basement. Fresh rolls and croissant a great start to the day. Would definitely go back to these apartments, was a great first ski trip for my son and me.

  We loved it!

  Our apartment was so beautiful, it was love at first sight. It was soo big, clean, the view is amazing, we loved being there. The stuff is very friendly, helpful, we got fresh bread roll and croissant every morning, and drink for the travel when we left. I'm sure we will go back!

  Cleaning | extra charge

  The apart hotel is great! Modern, updated, fully equipped. There was on only problem. THEY CHARGE 110 additional as a cleaning fee. The fee is on the reservation in small letters and not included in the final price. We stayed for one night and the fee is more expansive than the rate for the night. It would work for one week. But not for one day. Also, the hotel could be more specific about the extra fee including at least in the final price when doing the reservation. Apart of it really good.

  Ski holiday

  It is my 3rd visit here and as always I'm very pleased with the apartment (B2). My apartment was clean and quiet. For breakfast you get fresh rolls. For all guests there is swimmingpool and sauna. I am sure that this is not my last visit here.

  Excellent for ski holiday with friends

  Styllish, very comfortable appartment. Very well equiped kitchen. Was nice to have underground garrage, directly acessable from the appartment using a lift. Also very nice wellness center with 3 kind of saunas and tiny swimming pool though with counterflow and other hydromassages (the only drawback is that it closes at 8 PM). We visited Kaprun frequently - this was the best value for money option so far. Very much recommended.
