  Pool area is great... but the service and room was terrible

  Stayed here November 2020 with my partner and two little ones. The pool area was great, well maintained, clean and plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. However, our room wasn't great. There was mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom (no exhaust fans). The shower head was broken and the door didn't seal properly so water leaked out the shower door. The A/C had a strange smell when we turned it on (think it needed a clean. We were on the ground floor and one of the windows didn't close properly (so our valuables weren't secure when we left the room). Saw minimal staff on, including cleaners which suggests they were on skeleton staff still from COVID. The courtyard was weed-infested and when the automatic irrigation turned on it was like a fountain in the courtyard because there was a hole in the pipe. We asked reception if it was possible to change rooms but the receptionist declined our request and said they were fully booked all weekend. Based on the few people we saw in the resort and around the pool, this didn't appear to be the case. I would recommend finding alternative accommodation.

  lack of maintenance

  appartment 2106 fairly clean, most things worked, place was obviously used and lackingin maintenance, for the cost of $1300 for 6 nights I wouldnt reccommend. the TV was incredibly small the Austar worked but only had 4 useless and uninteresting channels. the wiring for this TV set up was a tottal cluster f&@k. see picture attached the biggest issue with this appartment is the power trip switch board and internet connections box with security stuff and god knows what was fully open and exposed with god knows what voltage of elctricity, all exposed for the little ones to stick their fingers in, instant DEATH in my eyes. i had to try and secure the doors to this and warn the kids to stay away from it. the main bedroom looks like it use to have a tv. guess someone else needed it more! see picture attached bedside lamps didnt work shower glass door is ready to fall off and bangs glass on glass when it closes so that coumd shatter at any time. the extraction fans do not work in both bathrooms. emergency buttons on walls, they've put a plastic cover over it but used sticky tape to hold it there. i mean, who is doing the verry little maintenance on this place??!!! we were told wed get a room on the second floor but checked in late and ended up with a ground level room thats fine as it has a nice veiw at the pool center stage we were also told of other items in the kitchen which do not exist. in a nutshell, this establishment is unprofessional with regards to maintenance and simple customer needs. i believe this room has been used to take things to keep other customers happy. as a lot of things are missing.

  Avoid - stay elsewhere

  Booked for work related travel. Arrived outside business hours in pouring rain to not be able to access after hours safe to get my room key. Manager was non existent after hours. Followed process advised to get my room key and unable to get manager or any one. Resident of building finally let me in and I got to my room late in evening. Would still be waiting for manager or like if not for this resident Room was tired, stained carpet but bed comfy.

  Stayed in 2 rooms during the one stay

  Definately not a 4 or 5 star. rooms need a bit of renovationIs. I read reviews about this but did not take it seriously as im not that fussy with accommodation The first room we were in air-conditioning was so bad and didnt cool the room at all. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and my daughter had to sleep on the couch under the A/C that was like a fan. The curtains were broken so could not be closed to keep the heat out. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was broken my partner actually slipped on it. The shower head was also broken. After 2 nights we ended up asking to be moved to another room which was done straight away for us. The next room had better A/C. The doors were very hard to open to go out on the balcony. The washing machine had a broken lid (came right off) but still was able to work. The washing machines in both rooms need a clean because my clothes came out dirtier. To see that they put someone else in to our previous room straight away with out fixing the problems was just shocking. I understand with accommodation not every room is going to be perfect and there may be small things that need work but to be in 2 different rooms and have alot of broken/issues in the room tells alot about the place. The pool area is beautiful! The sand gives it the tropical beach feel. The pool area is what saves this place.

  Fantastic accommodation. Very large unit with all you need. 2 bedrooms with unsuites. Safe secure parking. Close to supermarket and theme parks Would recommend this for couple like us or for family stay. Only thing were a few marks on the carpet but otherwise very clean
