  Suitable for one-night stop

  Comfortable for a short stay. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. There was an interleading door to another room which was not locked and it was also not well sound-proofed. Lovely swimming pool and outdoor seating.

  Make sure you explicit state how to get hold of keys well in advance for guests. it took a long time to get to you and the phone was not being picked up for over 30 minutes when calling. It must be clearly stated in a follow up email

  Grahamstown Experience

  Generally had a pleasant stay at the Loft, but needs a modern touch up in some areas to improve comfort for the traveler who is staying for an extended period. TV in the apartment I stayed in was way too small (in this day and age) and the some of the sofas really "old style" uncomfortable. If some additional attention is paid to the smaller things to improve comfort, there is no reason why I would not stay at the Loft again.

  Very good

  I have always enjoyed and looked forward to this place, rooms are spacious and the location sounds secure and safe. Generally, it give you the value of your money. I am commenting about Settlers Cottage

  Very comfortable

  My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very warm, cosy and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. We did struggle with overloading of the electricals and so the power tripped once or twice while we were there. I think that needs to be looked at. But overall it was a pleasant stay. We will definitely do it again.
