  I don't recommend, the food is bad, everyday the same, what for dinner is for supper, in order not to be hungry you would have to go to the meal first because then it was missing and no one added, fries were cold all the time. the elevator did not work. Until late at night the music was playing very loudly which made it impossible to sleep. There was a horrible smell coming from the toilet in the basement, which was coming to the place where people were eating meals, disgusting! Rooms read, neat, friendly service - the only plus of this hotel, except that the views are beautiful. Another downside was that the bartenders couldn't make drinks - all they knew was sprite beer and cola whiskey. There is no pool in the hotel - the only pool option is 1km further Begonville with a pool to which you could go.

  10 night stay

  Firstly, I wouldnt let previous reviews completely put you off from booking this hotel I happened to read most of them and was dreading what I would find however its not as bad as previous reviews have made out in my opinion. Room are compact and bijoux. Overall very clean and no issues regarding replenishing towels. Not much room for storage but this wasnt a big deal breaker for us. Lovely sea views and a small fridge with cold water on arrival. Due to being right on the beach theres no pool at this hotel again not a massive deal breaker for us as we loved going in the sea. Food was very basic. Breakfast was a hit or a miss and lunch and dinner was very much repetitive however for the price we paid to stay at this hotel we really couldnt complain and its so cheap to eat out so if something doesnt tickle your fancy there are many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Mostly staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour. There was one receptionist however who has a severe attitude problem. On our last day we werent flying until 23.30 and we had to be checked out our room by 12pm. My partner queried about paying extra for the late checkout service they had advertised on their welcome sheet but her response was that this service was not available under any circumstances and we had to get out by 12. No offer of an empty room to shower in just pointed to the direction of the communal showers in the basement of the hotel (Pre warning take flip-flops if you plan to shower here!) Later that day whilst getting ready to go home she seen my partner with one of the hotel towels drying off his hair from using the monstrosity that they called showers and was horrified that he was doing so. So not only was she expecting us to stink whilst travelling she wasnt evening willing to let us use towels to get ourselves dry. Im sorry but thats not the right attitude towards paying guests. We were not impressed with her at all and unfortunately this lets the team down as we were impressed up until this point. Top pointers to keep you right if you choose to stay here; Buy a bottle for the room as all inclusive ends at 11pm every night. Limited drinks are available on all inclusive so be mindful if you drink something unusual chances are they wont have it. All inclusive ends 12pm on your checkout date. Dont be put off by previous reviews stating the WiFi is your passport number this is not the case at all anymore. Regarding currency I would take English sterling and a small amount of lira for buses etc. Most hotels and restaurants will exchange cash for you and give you a better rate. Hope this helps :)

  My worst experience in Marmaris

  This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to in Marmaris. 1) the rooms are very small with lack in amenities 2) you get one super thin blanket and freeze all night. 3) No hot water in-room to make your own coffee or tea. When I called to order some coffee from room service, the rude man told me to go get it from the bar! 4) the food is horrible, seriously! I ordered a chicken salad and some cheese rolls and the whole food and tray smelled like fish. 5) the wifi sucks/very slow. 6) you can hear loud music from nearby bars until late night. 7) all the workers are rude, can't speak English, and totally not helpful. The only 2 stars in this rating would go to the hotel's location + a decent beach experience. Not recommended. They've got a lot of work to do.

  On arrival our room was not ready at check in time and was made to wait around until it was ready. Reception staff rude, no manners. Food was terrible and a foul sewage smell through the hotel making it hard to stomach your meals. No pool avaliable only the beach.

  Respectable + Central Hotel

  Clean rooms Modern outlay Central location On the beach. Rooms Rooms are clean modern and fresh. In the bathroom you have free shampoos and slippers hair dryer. Air conditioning and fantastic side view of the beach. The food... Not meals. Buffets. We did pop next door at sisters for a steak as not much choice here maybe the corona and lack of customers or just a nor. Al all inclusive thing. Cocktails are extra. Location Located on the beach near the Blue port shopping mall. Plenty to do around the hotel excursions days out or even beach days. No swimming pool tho. Not a far walk from marina. Service All staff friendly and chatty. Not the usual flirty cringe I have been to before. The staff was professional and respectable. Helped you with everything and anything.
