  Hotel location is good

  Berjer hotel is good location because very close to taksim square just cleaning room is poor and the room is very small. Pool is very dirty. breakfast is very good and very yummy. reception is very good. internet very poor

  Small and clean hotel

  We stayed 3 nights in this hotel.Everything was good for starter. Berjer hotel is good location because very close to taksim square just cleaning room is poor and the room is very small. breakfast is very good and very yummy. reception is very good.

  Very nice cozy hotel at good location

  Hotel is at very nice location and staff is very friendly. Room was quite small in size but overall just enough. Hotel has a pool, hamam and sauna and excellent breakfast option. I would recommend staying at this hotel. Excellent value for the money.

  Rooms are clean and new but so small. Door never locked, fridge doesnt work!!!! Service , Staff extremely bad. one of staff (night shift) is very very rude and he insulted my friend (another client) with F word We requested to meet the manager for few days. The manager didnt bother himself even to meet us. Its situated in a very low class street. Hard to be accessed walking. Summary Hotel with no management, no respect to clients

  Worst hotel ever

  - The night shift receptionist (( Merdan ))told me literally (F**K YOU) !! - The manager didn't bother to contact me to solve the problem or at least to say sorry! - very rude and unfriendly - the rooms are so so so small you barely can have space to move, go to the toilet and change your clothes - they didn't put enough toilet paper in the toilet! - there were NO regular tissues or napkins in the room - not a 4 stars hotel at all, I don't know how they got this We were there 3 guys and booked 3 double rooms (for 6 people in total) to be able to receive guests and friends. the first night we had a visitor, she came up but in 3 min someone from the workers was knocking the door very hard and saying either give me your passport or leave the hotel now !! then I got a visitor, but the night shift receptionist didn't allow her to go up, I went down to see what is the problem, and he was insisting on his decision, then we started to argue and I told him my room booking is already for 2 and she will not stay over, moreover I'm not doing anything illegal in that country, so your job is only to register her passport without any other question. he got mad and his colleagues tried to fix the problem and they tried to make me calm down, then he went out to the entrance and told me F**K YOU. The next morning I asked to meet the manager, they told me he is at breakfast ... I waited for him then they told me he left the hotel ... after that he didn't bother to contact me to see what happened, also he tried to ignore me the whole stay, and didn't do anything with his rude employee.
