  Beside Great location, helpful staff who care ad if you are a family member

  I stayed for 5 nights, and any time I needed something the were super helpful. Ankara is not touristic like istanbul, so not everyone speaks english. Thats why a lot of times we had to ask for help and each time they were super friendly and super helpful. Its pretty close to the ankaras walking district , and its a sage neighborhood since its close to the U.S. embassy. The hotel is very nostalgic, so if you like old places youd love it. Breakfast was ok and there is a big balcony that you can enjoy fresh weather while having breakfast. Bed was very comfy, the room had also a small balcony, it was a side room. When you close the window you dont hear a noise of the traffic. But note that it is on the main street. And rooms facing the street may have more noise. There were few things,like loud Air conditioner, and a the smell of cigarette that sometimes was felt in the hallway and rooms, that I didnt like. But generally I Would Go Back Again, and was a good value for the money

  Awesome for the cost

  I have been all over the world and hotel offers more for the money than any hotel I have ever visited. The staff is amazing. I would give my stay 5 stars. You can spend more and maybe get more but nothing even close for the money. The suites have 2 full sized rooms and a nice restaurant.

  The hotel is old style but the staff was very efficient and the cleaning was good. The location is ok because behind in first and second parallel street there was a lot restaurant and pub, also you can walk down to the main street in the center where there are many shop and other. The breakfast was normal but not choice of fruit. I was not too much happy because for all my stay the wifi was really poor and difficult to connect, in fact there was different psw for each level.

  I stayed 2 nights at this hotel with my mother. Our room was at floor 1 that i think was smoking floor because there was a very bad smell of cigarette in the room and even in the corridor. It was better that the reservation asked us if we prefer to stay at smoking room or not, especially when i was travel with my mother who is near 65 years old. I did not ask for changing the room because it was hard for my mother to repack her suitcase. it is one of my complains against this hotel. Hotel itself is old, rooms and furniture are also old. Hotel was clean but the bath room and toilet was not s much clean. the glass that we should put our tooth brush inside was not clean at all. Also there was tooth brush, Toothpaste, sanitary pad,... in the bath room but all chargeable. Mini bar was also chargeable as all other hotels but they gave you two bottles of water as free every day. breakfast was good and contains every thing you need. the most advantage of this hotel was their staff. Bell man is wonderful and help full. Reservation gentleman was so kind and help us in all kind. The breakfast lady was so polite. location of hotel was good, not so much close to center and you need normally taxi to go to shopping center (Kizilay Square), but exactly at back of hotel there was a street with lots of restaurants. I recommend to go to Kebab 49, delicious skender kebap that is famous food in Turkey. in case of returning to Ankara i will chose another hotel more close to attractions and also more modern and new. But this time i went for business and this hotel was close to most embassies such as Canada (near 10 min by car).

  your comfort really matters!

  my husband and I are staying here for 4 days and today is the second day of our trip to Ankara. the staff is attractively friendly. they treat us like family members. we have a reasonably clean room with a small terrace which is perfect. we have to take this trip at this time and we were really worried about the Covid-19. of course, I brought our own sheets but the hotels were clean too. we have a problem with the cooling system, a little bit hot in the room, but we havent told them about it yet. considering the price we are paying for our stay the old furniture and appliances are acceptable. The location is perfect as well as the breakfast service. We had the choice to eat breakfast in our room or in the restaurant of the hotel. they brought our breakfast into our room and we cleaned everything just the way we wanted. therefore, we were able to eat breakfast without any stress which is a huge advantage during this Covid-19 pandemic. I suggest putting a small table with 2 chairs and some flowers in the balcony would add extra attraction to the rooms.
