  5 day family stay

  Stayed in a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds. The beds were comfy and clean crisp sheets. Air conditioner, small fridge and basic tea/coffee making in room with small table and chairs. Free wifi. Older style building in need of maintenance ie paint peeling off walls and ceiling, carpet needs replacing and the old bathroom in urgent need of upgrade. Cleaning staff were very polite and friendly and serviced our room daily to replace the lovely fluffy towels and new toiletries. Pool kept clean with bbq facility and free guest laundry which was great for to use. Continental breakfast provided in room rate so it was a nice way to start the day with a good selection of breakfast items to help yourself to. Not a lot of care taken with COVID in the breakfast area compared with other places we have stayed. A pleasant stay but rooms are in need of some TLC.

  Superb Location

  Great stay, the walk into town is along a Palm filled boulevard overlooking the river, friendly reception, as with all hospitality hotels the room was clean, with all required facilities. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice even a pancake machine for freshly cooked pancakes. Recommend anyone visiting Carnarvon the Space Museum is a must visit its superb, the Port hotel has great food and really friendly staff and its within walking distance would definitely return to this hotel again

  Perfect Stop over

  Have stayed here 5 times over the past few years. This place is exactly what you need after a long drive. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, warm shower, friendly staff. Our last experience was Sunday 28/02/21. The front of house staff & the chef were so lovely after explaining our situation arriving at 8.45pm they still had smiles on there face & made our night. No where else I would stay in Carnarvon, keep doing what you do!

  Stopover

  Stayed this week on route to Exmouth. Rooms are basic but clean, breakfast included was continental and good, pool was good, only flaw, place states a kids park, it doesn't, they refer to one across the road

  Excellent one night stayover x 2 on a trip to Exmouth

  Very comfortable, spacious room. Good value with nice breakfast. We also enjoyed the restaurant on both occasions. Good food, excellent staff. Good location with a car. Close to all amenities and tourist sites. This is a country hotel. It is not a luxury 5 star resort however five stars for the service and quality for the price. Would definately stay again.
