  Comfortable.

  We stayed here for 4 nights in January around the time of the south coast bushfires. We found the place suitable for our needs and each of the rooms was quite reasonable in size. The kitchen stovetop wasn't the most practical as the 2 cooking elements were quite close together which made cooking 2 things at once difficult. Their were very limited pans/frypans. Havind said that we were versatile in what we chose to cook. (We dined in 2 nights and dined out 2 nights.) Had a good size fridge. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and hot. Decent size ensuite. The carpets could certainly do with a steam clean though...The whole outside of the place could certainly do with a coat of paint as it looks quite drab.....Having said that, the staff were very friendly and informative...We would certainly stay here again. It's in a quiet location so no street noise. Their is a shopping centre, including supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants 5 minutes down the road which is very useful....The accommodation itself is a little bit out of town but that certainly wasn't an issue for us.

  Spacious but needs updating

  Stayed in a family room that was very spacious for 5 people with both washer and dryer. Great fully equipped kitchen. The downside was the worn and torn furniture that needs replacing. Very friendly staff and lovely heated pool but inside the room was disappointing.

  Great Overnight Stay

  Stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had all the things you would expect in a room - microwave, bar fridge etc. No issues with shower or air con heating. Undercover parking in the basement. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed to not have the chance to use the indoor pool as it was only open during reception hours (due to COVID) Price was reasonable, would recommend and stay here again.

  A good find...

  This accommodation is obviously not the Ritz but served our purposes perfectly. More positives than negatives thats for sure! 5 women away for a Canberra weekend, we booked two apartments. Staff were friendly and accommodating, beds were super comfy, apartments were spacious, clean but dated, location great, we felt safe, there was also undercover and secure parking. A great place for groups with children as there is plenty of room to run around. I would recommend this accommodation.

  Short Stay not nice

  Our room was nothing like advertised on their web page. On arrival from a long trip we open our room door and the first thing we noticed was the smell of a room being closed for a long time smelling of mould. On inspecting our room the window were dirty, mould on all window ceils and blinds. We had to move one lounge and it had crumbs and biscuits under it, we asked reception had the room been cleaned, and was told that they doing not vacuum under lounges also the lounges showed a lot of wear and dirty. After the first hour we found we could not stay in this room due to the strong smell of mould. We did ask for another room but there was none available so we had no choice but to leave and find another motel.
