  Beautiful resort

  I wouldnt recommend this resort for Westerners. Its very geared to the Russian clientele and not a friendly place for others. The good: Gorgeous accom, views to die for, great pool, friendly and very accommodating staff, nice reef The not so good: Menu quite boring, need more variety. Soft drinks limited. Very isolated. Very geared towards Russian guests who seemed to get priority and were unfriendly and rude to be around. Wouldnt stay again unless was with large group who could take over the facility.

  Fantastic!

  We were recommended to try BBC by Balinese friends. If I could rate this property a ten I would! The service is impeccable, Maha, deserves special mention! A tremendous place to relax and refresh! The food is tremendous with fresh seafood daily.

  Excellent stay

  I've been in Bali for 2 months and have yet to come across anywhere than comes close to this property.  On the beach front, incredibly cheap, modern with incredible staff. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would.  The menu is excellent and the resort is certainly not geared only for Russians, how do I know? Well I'm Irish that is why Will certainly be back and thank you for an incredible stay.

  Very Nice Property with alot of works to improve

  We stayed with the entire big family with a total of 26 people and booked around 11 rooms in one building with beach front view. I like the property setting, restaurant and gym area with beach front view is amazing. I got the room #1 where there's bathtub on the terrace with beach front. The Air Con was good. Unfortunately I didn't sleep well since the wall is thin. The sounds of waves woke me up for few times. For those who don't get use to be on the beach front, I would suggest to be little bit farther from the beach. The pool is nicely located in the middle of the building however it is too small considering that there are 11 rooms on this particular building. Yet, the pool water will make sore eyes and that indicated the water PH was high. One of my relative got irritation on his eyes. We had good dinner on that night and checked out in the next morning and had breakfast with very basic menu (Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng and Omelette) plus 1 type of fruit which was watermelon. Coffee was good and tea is available. They provide mineral water in plastic glasses. Upon check out, the room attendants were chasing us and clarifying that few of bathrobe were missing from the rooms. Since all rooms in this particular building were occupied by our group so that I suggested them to search the bathrobe in other rooms and checked thoroughly before accusing us. We were very surprised to know that we must pay for the Laundry bag that taken away by one of our family member. It is very common around the globe that Laundry bag is free to take away for our dirty clothes. Yet, they ripped us off with unreasonable price at IDR 50,000 for a laundry bag. We decided to return it to them. We brought some cars and mini bus and there's nobody directed us to the parking area so that we managed ourselves. No Security available to lead the traffic. The basic principle for running a hotel is not done properly. All the staff need to be trained on how to be more professional. At least wear shoes during working instead of wearing flip-flop. I hope the owner would invest more on the training and development for the staff as I see this Resort has got a lot of potential. Good Luck!

  10 day stay

  We were here for a yoga seminar. The hotel was OK, much more expensive than the neighboring hotels. The WiFi was absolutely the worse I have ever had at any hotel. The staff were excellent. The beach is all rocks & coral , no sand. You need scuba booties or some foot protection to get into the ocean, Also the beach is filthy with litter. Plastic everywhere. I suggest you walk down the beach to the hotel next door, Tillie, is the Swiss lady who owns it & get meals there. Much better & very authentic Indonesian food. Rooms here were $100.00 other hotels neat by from $60-80.00.
