  Boutique hotel next to giants

  The hotel is in an upmarket area of Sochi surounded by other giant hotels under construction or finished. The rooms are quite good but the price is way more expensive than the neighbouring hotel. I ended up here because they had WI FI in the room while the other one only in thr loby. It is ok from every perspective altghough more expensive still good value

  Great location and service

  Very good location, nearby restaurants and different attractions. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff, free wi-fi in the room, english speaking receptionist. Bring your vagabunda and have lots of fun. Here you can relax and feel like home.

  Great place to explore Sochi

  I stayed at this hotel in economy room last year and just now review it. Hotel located at very center of Sochi. This little building between mammoth hotels like Hyatt, Pullman, Marins and other buildings. So in a couple of minutes you can walk to stairs to beach and Primorskaya street where is all action. Also its close to everything else Sochi has to offer and all this for a pretty reasonable rate. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was not huge buffet but as I need it to fill my big stomach)) I really enjoy location and proximity to port, to concert venue and public transport. Free WIFI. I have small room with separate entrance and my only complain about this particular room was that it was too small and there was almost no place for a luggage. Lady who owns hotel and front desk clerk was very nice and provided me with info and help me print papers for my next trip. Looking for inexpensive stay in very center of action? This is may be place for you.

  Nice and small one in Sochi

  I was surprised to get so nice service in Sochi. Yes, hotel is small, but rooms are very well size for this place, good breakfast included to price. Breakfast is good, oatmeal, different kind eggs, musli with milk, tea, coffee, juice. Kind personal, I havent meet before so kind personal in Sochi. I already recommended this hotel to my friends. Not faraway for center city. 5 minuets a walk to the beach, 10 minutes a walk to the port. 20 minutes a walk to park Riviera. Small park close to hotel. Thx for good weekend in Sochi.
