  Great Hard Product But Poor Soft Product

  A mixed review. The positives. The location was good near the centre of town, close to the salt workers' roundabout and a good supermarket. The rooms were comfortable, large, clean and very well designed. The negatives. The breakfast was limited in choice. Why in Kampot, famous for its pepper, is there not fresh ground pepper available. Also, the staff's English skills were very limited and therefore there was very little interaction which somewhat dampened the atmosphere. A maintenance issue was not resolved.

  Great Rooms, good location

  The rooms are pretty good. Very big, airy, Breakfast even though other reviewers say limited, it was definitely better than others we had in Kep and other areas. They were accommodating for my 6 year old Son who only wanted some sausages and scrambled eggs. The coffee here is good but then again all places so far in Cambodia have good coffee machines and make their coffees well. Our room was good, ac in both rooms (it was a suite) nice decor and also had fans in both rooms so you can choose to have the fan on and the a/c off at night. Beds were very comfortable. The location is an easy walking distance to the riverfront and the durian roundabout (smallish night market). The location is good, and far enough from the main road. I would stay here again and recommend this for families and couples who want to stay in a boutique style hotel.

  Beautiful interiors

  Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. My room was large and had a balcony. Kind of disappointing though that my view were roofs lol. But since I was outside most of the day it didn't bother me. Wish the photos for each room when booking were accurate as I was expecting a good view. Average breakfast. Classic chic interiors, large bathroom and toilet. The skybar is closed due to covid but worry not as the riverside is just 6min walk away. Everything was just a few min walk away. Weather is cool this time of year so walking around was pleasant.

  A one night stopover

  An overnight stay at this hotel was not long enough to give a detailed description of my thoughts on its benefits and/or concerns. Spacious bedroom and en-suite facilities; noisy air conditioning unit made for difficult night sleeping. One aspect I found annoying on the only morning I used the dining room and that was the layout for breakfast; it was a bit of a bun fight that could also have been caused by fellow diners. Basically, it needs better management to channel the diners in an orderly fashion. There is an outdoor dining area to accommodate any overspill in the dining room.

  Lovely hotel

  We stayed for two nights. Couldnt fault it. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Both immaculate. Great location with a short walk to most places and the water front. Good breakfast. The service was impeccable. Thoroughly recommended.
