    Impossible to resolve issues

    I made reservations for the 4th of July weekend. I had to cancel the reservations, and I did receive a confirmation that the reservations were cancelled. When I contacted the property regarding the refund, I just got a canned response about what was being refunded. I still do not have a refund and I can not get through to anyone to resolve the issue. This is just like there response to bad reviews, they don't have anything to do with the issue. Also, my daughter has a broken leg and they wouldn't even assure us of a first floor room.

    Cambria Hotel - Appleton, WI is convenient, courteous and clean

    The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. I think their attitude toward the customer is the best first impression the hotel could foster. I appreciate the room layout and the comfortable beds are indeed a plus. I have been staying at this property for a few years and have commented to the management it is time for a make over. But, don't let that deter you from staying at the hotel, the service and cleanliness is the foremost reason to select this hotel for your stay in the Fox River Valley.

    Best ever. Clean rooms large suite. Friendly staff. Well be back..

    We we're on a business trip and the three of us stayed here. It was awesome. Close to restaurants if you need to go. Lighted parking and a lot of it. We called a head of course and was pleased with the agent when we booked it. Very reasonable.

    Nice hotel

    We had a suite with two king beds. The TVs had some issue or maybe it was the remote. We like Cambrias because the ones we've stayed in have been chic. It was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient.

    Amazing Hotel Stay

    Excellent 5 star hotel with all the luxury amenities. Sparkling clean and hygienic, comfy beds and linens, luxurious shower and bath accessories. Highly recommend at anytime!!!! Looking forward to stay at Cambria Hotels in the future!!
