  Very nice hotel

  Good experience, beautiful room, amazing bathroom (that's very important for me), friendly staff, nice swimming pool, sauna area ( on Saturday it was really overcrowded and no measure with the Covid19, maybe they should do something with that). We didn't eat in the restaurant, but had drinks, waitress was nice. Receptionist girl also very kind.

  Pros and cons

  Overall a lovely hotel with a lovely spa and beautiful spacious room (view to the river, calm but loud as a waterfall which can be a problem for a noise- sensitive sleeper). Nice dinner at the hotel. The very helpful young lady at the desk helped us with dinner reservations and we had lovely meals around Klosters thanks to her. She also recommended nice hikes etc. for first-timers in Klosters. The room was over-heated as said in many reviews earlier here. There was nothing we could do to adjust the heat (no A/C), and because the sofa bed (very hard and uncomfortable as an extra bed- should have a soft topper to make it softer) was right next to the doors, we could not leave them open for the night either. This affected the sleep quality. Another unpleasant thing was the almost hostile attitude and behavior of the breakfast staff, especially the female member of staff. She chose to greet some guests while ignoring others. Whatever you asked was greeted with a sigh and even an eye-roll. Cant remember when we have last experienced service this bad. We felt truly unwelcome. The buffet trays should have been filled more often. Keeping distances to other guests was also hard in a small bf room and at the crowded buffet line. Despite all this we enjoyed our family time and the central location of the hotel, spa and all the beautiful views and were grateful for the good service which we also experienced.

  Nice atmosphere

  The hotel was really clean with good location. Only 5 minutes to central train station. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good. They gave us gust pass which we could use buses and trains free and also good discounts using the aerial lift in Davos and Marisa land. We hope to come back soon and enjoy the good weather and nice atmosphere.

  Mixed feelings

  We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Piz Buin and it was a mixed experience. The room was superb and well decorated. The spa was also very nice. However, the breakfast and service were disappointing. The room was also very noisy.

  More than 4 star hotel

  The hotel is quite great! Its very clean and nice. Centrally located. The rooms are very spacious, much bigger than most 5 star hotels! We had some welcome fruits, which is always nice. Had a great view from our balcony. Had all the amenities needed. The spa was also very nice. Breakfast was ok. But for value for money is a great!!
