  Se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto, es bueno si necesitas un lugar cerca de allí, el traslado es gratuito, excepto en la noche/madrugada q te cobran 20 dólares, (de ellos). Tiene una buena pileta en la terraza y un bar. Es antiguo.

  We got one thing stolen by the hotel staff- management doesn't care

  We got one item worth 100 USD stolen by hotel staff (no one else had access to the room). Reported to management and they said we should put it in the safe... hiking boots, hiking shoes, backpacks, snorkeling gear, 700 USD waterproof jacket,... and many more items are worth much more than 100 USD and don't fit in the vault. They don't care who has access to guests belongings. My suggestion, avoid.

  Really disappointing customer service ruined the experience

  The facilities in the hotel and its proximity to Tanjang Aru was what prompted me to switch hotels for my 2nd weekend in Kota Kinabalu but I deeply regret having done so. The customer service was severely lacking and it's quite clear staff see their roles as completely unrelated to the guest experience. Several minor things went wrong during my stay (broken phone, expired key card, completely mishandling a birthday request) and on each time a small apology and a can do attitude would have changed this entire review but the staff there did not seem to care about the guest experience. The facilities are ok (aside from the poor quality on the TV channels) but this is detracted from any kind of effort from the staff to make it a good experience for guests. I wouldn't stay there again and would recommend others do not either until they completely change their culture.

  Near to Airport

  Stayed in King Suite for 1 night and I found the room deal is quite attractive. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air-conditioning working well and my mom really enjoyed our stayed here. The bathroom looks new and I love the bathtub. Even though this hotel facilities are basic but it is really comfortable and ample parking spaces. If you are catching an early flight, this could be one of hotel that can be added in your list. The only thing can be improved : Breakfast really decent and some of it really tasteless. I hope the management can look into it since this could be a main drawback from people to book stay here again

  Nice room but average breakfast and service

  The room was quite nice but the breakfast and service were quite average for the price we paid. They have a very limited selection in breakfast and lazy to refill anything that runs out. The staff could be more helpful, one night I asked for water and they asked me to come down and collect it. That's ok for a cheap hotel, not ok if I pay 50sgd per day. The location is near the airport but a bit far from city center, not much food option in walking distance.
