  Excellent in this COVID world

  Booked one night at the best rate (on the hotel's website). We arrived exhausted from the Coquihalla trip, and were upgraded. Wow. Beautiful room, great bed, patio to see the sunset, totally pleased. "Order in advance breakfast" included, delivered to our room, and it was worth ? $10 each. What a deal. And hot and delicious. Got a late checkout too. Front desk lady ? Tatiana was terrific. Ate dinner across the street at "the Old Spaghetti Factory".

  One night stay

  Comfortable one night stay .....clean and quiet......booked directly with coast and got a reasonable rate ........covid 19 procedures very evident throughout the property ......no issues at all.... would definitely stay again

  Amazing Experience

  Hotel staff was unbelievably generous and accommodating. They gave me a complimentary upgrade as well as a discount on my room. I recommend to anyone looking for a inexpensive and a very comfortable stay.

  Wonderful Hospitality

  I've stayed here for work numerous times. The gentleman at the front desk recognized me and gave me and my family the best service we could have asked for.   Really nice staff, always says hi when I walked in and out, great location, asked for a quite room, and they delivered !! I would definitely stay there for my next visit to Kelowna if I have to stay at hotel ! Thank you

  Two thumbs up!

  Excellent staff, super neat and tidy room! Got upgraded and given free cookies how could I complain haha! Decent view of the patio as well! Pool was clean and lots of towels! We will be making this our regular place to rest when visiting Kelowna!

  Nice affordable hotel for a work function

  At a recent work event the very helpful accommodating staff made the conference go very smoothly. The hotel is a 20 fast minute walk (or 4 munute cab ride) to downtown, has tons of parking, 5 restaurants near the hotel (and one in the hotel), a large gym 2 minute walk from the hotel, a large grocery store 4 minute walk away, an Urgent Care / Emergency Clinic 20 seconds walk from the front door, has friendly staff, a pool, and is on a bus line 25 seconds walk away from the front door. My room was quiet, nice king size bed, had blackout curtains, ample hot water, ample water pressure. I was at the end of the hotel hall - street facing - so no noise from patrons.

  Amazing stay!!!

  The Coast Capri Hotel Kelowna is seriously THE BEST!!! I didn't know exactly what to expect but was stoked for the outdoor pool as we have two little girls that love swimming. The check in was so easy and everything was ready early. To my surprise we got to the pool deck at 3ish and were informed happy hour on the pool had just started (3-6pm happy hour in the restaurant AND pool deck). It was like fun Vegas vibes but super family friendly and so much fun! The food was amazing and always hot and fresh and on Saturdays they even have a DJ by the pool during happy hour! The rooms are so spacious. We had a one bedroom suite which worked perfect for our family. The location is even better!! You are walking to distance to all sorts of fast food, an independent grocer, liquor store and dollar store. Seriously only want to stay at this hotel when in Kelowna. SO good! Highly recommend. Also, extra bonus is it's pet friendly!

  Dont waste your money!

  This hotel is expensive for what you get! Dated fixtures, paper thin walls, the people upstairs showered which sounded like it was in our room which then lead to the ceiling in our bathroom leak into our tub. The front desk said to put towels in the tub the rooms that lead to the pool dont actually lead into the pool. The little gates on the balcony to the pool are all welded shut.

  Nice place for some R & R

  Handy stop over on a hectic road trip to get some R & R on the way to Calgary from Vancouver. A warn welcome greeted us at the reception, the comfy bed was nice, spacious room was light and well equipped, the pool looked really inviting, forgot the swimwear. Vintners Grill, situated in the hotel, was a welcome site the evening we arrived, Fern, our server, was superb, great knowledge of the area and helped us plan out rest day, starting with breakfast in the same place as the food was so good.
