  Ive stayed here about 5 times now with work and its extremely hit and miss with the standards of the room, Ive had a great one with a nicely renovated bathroom and then very average ones, the latest had the bathroom mirror that dirty I had to clean it to be able to use it properly, shower door was just as bad, overall presentation of bathroom was dirty and made me not want to use it but kinda need to when you are staying 3 nights. The cushion on the bed had white stains on it and the mini fridge appeared to have had an exploded coke can in the freezer part and never cleaned up, the bench area was just dirty on the side with spills and the cutlery draw had crumbs in it. Cleanliness standard is very poor to be honest.

  The air conditioning in the room didn't work, so I called reception and was advised to give it half an hour because the units are very old! After half an hour and still no air conditioning I tried for 5 minutes to call reception and finally got through. I was advised we could be transferred to another room and thankfully this time the air conditioning worked but was very noisy! There was a used tissue under the couch, the toilet roll holder had no stopper on the end so when you used it the roll fell off the end. Won't stay again.

  Mouldy Mess - Filthy Bathroom

  Allthough the photos on booking.com look great, they are far from the truth. I was staying in room 32, where the bathroom is simply disgusting and full of mould and dirt in the corners. When opening the shower door, a damp mouldy smell prevents you from even considering a shower. The paint of the vanity doors is peeling off and looking very unhygienic. The tv continuously looses signal and it is impossible to fill the water cattle under the only tap in the room. I have requested a refund as this place was absolutely below standard and not worth the $108 I paid for it. The staff was friendly and said they would contact the manager. I have not heard anything yet, but if he or she reads this: A refund would be the right thing to do!

  DO NOT STAY HERE

  I advise you DO NOT STAY HERE. This Is no longer a hotel. It's been taken over by a housing commission and it houses homeless people and those recently released from prison and drug addicts.. We found out the hard way after booking to be near the hospital as our daughter was going in for early surgery. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE POLICE WHERE THERE AND WHAT WE SAW WAS SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST. THE POLICE TOLD US WHAT IT WAS AND TOLD US GET A REFUND AND GET out asap They said you do not want to be with what goes on during the night. Especially with a small family. The lady in reception tried to play it down and she lies to us. I'm happy I stood my ground and spoke to the police as our safety was paramount and he could not guarantee it here. The fact it's still on sites as a hotel for the public is unbelievable and I will take it further.

  Do Not Make A Booking At This Hotel

  The operators of this hotel lied to me and abrogated any responsibility to address my issue. I was unable to use my booking due to the closure of the NSW/Vic border. I contacted the hotel by email and phone on more than 10 occasions to try and arrange a credit but was told they would either get someone to contact me, they had not received any request from the booking agent or myself or that they were not in a position to provide this as it was the responsibility of the company I made the booking with. I was simply making a request and the manner in which they handled it told me all about their attitude and treatment of customers. Avoid this hotel.
