  Disgusting and poor service

  Upon arrival to the hotel we could tell that this place was poorly kept. The lobby was dirty, the rooms were not clean and the elevator was rickety. Upon inspection of our room there was mold in the bathroom and there was half eaten food in the mini-fridge. If we hadn't gotten in late at night we would have demanded a room change. On our second night the toilet in our room clogged. We asked the front desk to fix this issue but they told us they did not have a plunger. The next morning during check out we made the front desk aware of this issue again. We were told we would be comped for the night. We were not. We have sent multiple emails to the hotel about our issues during our stay with no response. Stay away.

  AWESOME management plus a great place to stay!!

  Ms. Taylor is the most friendly, nicest person ever!!! She was extremely helpful along with the rest of her staff. The rooms are clean and the wifi is good enough for gamers. We will stay here wherever we are in the Sandy Springs/Atlanta area!!!

  The Superlative of Service

  Sheroes' and personalities that are without peers, come in the form of anticipating a guest's or customer's needs. Taylor Gibson rules the seas' of service as an efficient emblem of extraordinary abilities, too exceptional for mere mortals appreciate... which is why only guests and customers adore her oeuvre.

  Amazing front desk worker!

  Cheyenne (spelling?) was a LIFESAVER. We got in super early in the morning and she helped us with everything. She got our room figured out after an error on our end, she offered to get us a concierge cart for our stuff, extra blankets for our room, and made sure we had coffee after waking up with only an hour's rest. She did this all while smiling and joking with us. She made our stay exceptional and I am so thankful to have met her and for her care for us during this high stress time!

  Most unpleasant experience

  Upon arrival to the Comfort Inn, I noticed a damp, musty odor in the lobby. Walking down the hallway to my room, the carpets were stained, garbage in the hallway, even someone's dirty socks outside the door. The toilet in our room was backed up. When I called to report it, we were moved to another room, but the front desk person must not have completed the check-in process because a short while later, someone else entered our room with a key card. We walked down to check out the pool. There was a sign that stated "closed for the season" yet people were in there and they opened the gate for us. The pool deck was disgusting. Garbage everywhere, cigarette butts all over the ground, broken pool chairs, even a dirty diaper left out. Clearly this hotel does not monitor its outdoor areas even when "closed for the season." We ended up leaving and not staying the night for all of these reasons. Thankfully, the front desk person (who never stated her name nor wore any kind of name tag or other identification) reversed the charges to my card without complaint. We ended up finding a comparably priced room at a much nicer facility just a few minutes away.
