  Overpriced -perhaps we were no Africans

  Accommodation is roughly 10-12 km aways from Kasane centre - where you find many Restaurants. It is located in Kazungula - small town (no tourists there) within a quite humble environment - but safe! Staff is not really friendly (desinterested) - but helps if you ask forceful. We saw mainly Botswan business travellers there (and inviting/bringing special services in the night) - and I cannot imagine that those travellers were charged like we got. We found out that we could stay for same money even in lodges (like Thebe River Lodge) directly in Kasane in better area and close to Chobe River). Service and pricewise we felt vamped. Positive things - Rooms were clean, everything you need was available (TV, aircon, fridge, etc...) - still quite new. I guess in 2-3 years different - in some areas it started to become dilapitated. Also positive - offered trips to Vic-Falls and Chobe boat tour worked fine (reliable) and where by far the most affordable ones of all offers in Kasane.

  Hospitality and friendly

  Was having here accommodation for couple of days. The people are really friendly and the rooms nice and clean. From the management I can tell you that they treat you as you will be part of they're family. You feel really that they care about they're guest and how they are feeling here. I can just recommend that if you are near by you should take this as accommodation

  Bad facilities

  This place has delapidated to the worst condition,shower heads are leaking bad, cubicles dont close and are falling apart, room windows don't close fully considering the mosquito and other insects. I have been to this place multiple times and it's too bad the owner does take note of how bad the place has degraded, no maintenance.
