  malo impresionante

  El hotel tiene un diseño agradable pero el personal era grosero y antipático podemos hacer nada si no tienen ningún deseo de trabajar cocina no funcionaba piscina y el bar era agradable no se recomienda

  Stayed in a one bedroom flat for a week, self catering - the flat was in the oldest Rainbow building, where the main Reception is. I thought the kitchen needed more supplies - there were no coffee mugs or bowls, which I think are essential. General cleanliness was ok, but the towels were not changed during my stay. There is a tiny gym, wouldn't recommend it - you will be charged for using is as well There is internet, you will be charged if you wanted to use it, per hour. You will be charged extra for using the car park. Good location. Overall, i thought it was overpriced for what it was. I would only go back there, because it has a good location, close to the beach, bars, clubs and restaurants

  disgusting and very poor value

  we went here for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and was so disappointed that we came home after 3 days, lunch menu was stuffed peppers, nothing else was offered, we wanted to eat outside but was told we had to eat in the restaraunt, we only ate there once !!, wooden slatted sunbeds/no cushions, ( pics show nice white plastic ones ) bird pooh falling from roof onto our balcony onto us and in our drinks, had to sweep balcony daily to clear the bird pooh away, no change of towels, first room we was put into we complained, it was a studio, was dirty, 2 very small beds pushed together, sheets looked dirty, floor was dirty, dirty crockery, shower tray was blocked and poured over into bathroom, balcony covered in bird pooh and we had booked a standard double, had to pay 250 euros to upgrade to the room we had booked in the first place. would never go back and definitely not recommend. avoid avoid AVOID

  We were in apartments. At first everything seemed good but then we realized that there were a lot of mold in the bathroom and there was very strong sewer smell. Drain in shower worked really bad so you had to stay in water all over you. But we've been told that drain works and we have wi-fi on reception. Well, wi-fi was there but you had to pay for it. Also lamp near beds didn't work. I asked to fix at least light but nobody even answered ( had to use messenger there were always nobody on reception). Air conditioner was very laggy so sometimes I couldn't even turn it off. We had two small plates and 4 cups ( two of them I believe were taken from local cafe cuz they had logo). So this hotel is not worth a visit.

  Never again

  Discussing place, put in a box room, broken glass in the fridge, move no hot water for 3 days, we moved out, but they wouldn't help in anyway, and refused any sort of compensation. We have been all over the world and this place is the most unhelpful and arogent people we have ever met,.
