  Reservation Disappointment.

  We reserved a room at the Courtyard; our standard 2 Queen Guest Room. We were in town for one night to help a family member move, so we needed a good nights sleep. We walked in and was greeted by a super sweet hotel employee. Upon looking around it looked very clean too. We got our keys and headed to our room, we were told at the front desk that it was a "special room" and breakfast was from like 6-9 am. When we got to our room it was a fully equipped handicapped room. When we got to our beds I said to my husband; these don't LOOK like queen size beds! He said, let's just go to bed. It was the worse night sleep WE EVER HAD. It turns out the beds were doubles! My husband and kids went down for "breakfast" and it wasn't included in the price. They came back to the room, said breakfast wasn't "included" as the sweet hotel lady had indicated and now we had to leave early to go get breakfast somewhere else. I had enough; what good is a reservation? We went downstairs to check out early. When asked how our stay was, I had to confess to my disappointment. We got a full refund, and I was happy about that. When asked why we weren't given what we reserved she said you must have come in late and was given what we had left. I think then you should have told us instead of giving us a "special room". I'm sure you probably had a suite somewhere on site.

  Great Location

  Very nice accommodations in a great location for shopping and personal needs with expressway close by for a fast getaway. Recently renovated and painted. Ample parking with restaurants nearby. One within walking distance.

  If you want a microwave in your room, stay elsewhere

  FYI - rooms do not have microwave ovens. This is a deal breaker for me. Had to ask several times for one, they finally brought one in there. Also room had a fridge but it leaves a lot to be desired. Apparently not all the rooms have the "newer" ones.

  Standard Courtyard

  This is a standard Courtyard by Marriott. It looks like an older hotel but I did not experience any problems during a short one night stay. It doesnt seem a 5 star property but qualifies as a 4 star in my opinion.

  Nasty Rooms

  I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and during my stay there, I found another persons hair and toenail in the bed. Not clean whatsoever. I went to the help desk for an extra blanket and they were unable to supply me with another blanket.
