  Average hotel

  We stay at the Grandstay a couple of weeks a month and would consider it average. Its a two story hotel with no elevator. Breakfast is on par with most middle of the road hotels. Its usually decently clean and everything works. Of the 2 hotel options, this is the one I would choose.

  Amazing Service with Incredible Staff

  My family and friends had stayed there for a couple of nights for my wedding, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed them. We asked for the help with my family and wedding party with getting them organized and ready before the wedding, along with help after the wedding had concluded. They were great with suggesting any food options within and around Perham, and we were not disappointed with what they had recommended. Kind, friendly, and just overall amazing experience throughout.

  Great hotel!

  We stay at this hotel every time we travel to this area. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is good as well. i highly recommend this hotel, and I am picky about hotels!!! :)

  Very accomodating

  We stayed there Aug 17-19 Another hotel misbooked our reservation for a ADA room. We went to Grandstay. They had a regular room and the possibility of a ADA room for the next two nights. Darla called the 2 parties that had the ADA rooms booked for the next two nights to confirm their need of the rooms. Sure enough, just as Darla expected, a party did not need a ADA room. We were so impressed that she took the extra steps to accommodate us. That is customer service! We have family in the Perham area so visit often Will never book anywhere else in the future.

  A perfectly average experience

  This hotel doesn't stand out in any way, shape or form. It's relatively clean, relatively updated, and staff is friendly. The location is great, with easy access to the highway. Rooms are decent sized and breakfast is included. Don't worry about picking a room with a view...there isn't one.
