  No Resort of whatsoever. Dont waste tour summer vacation.

  My family 20 of us went their this summer to enjoy, but no enjoyment of anything happened. There is no enjoyment, the wavepool was not doing any waves, music not allowed since they claim to have music of their own which I never heard, corkage with everything you bring, they sell very few things, softdrinks pepsi only at 110, chips which is only a choice between chippy blue or red 55. We wanted to grill fish but at 100 per kg. This is the 2nd time we have been there but compared before it's useless and seems to be neglected resort as before. Imagine we came all the way from Cagayan-de-oro to enjoy but its sad that the Maze which is a wavepool in Iligan City is way better. Avoid this and look for other pool if you rather want to enjoy.

  Opt for a room that wouldn't use a keycard for entry!

  Ridiculous hotel policy of charging 500 pesos for an electronically malfunctioning keycard. Overpriced attractions and accomodations. Good for us because event was sponsored, but if you are planning to visit for pure fun, don't expect too much.

  immediate response to the cues

  All of the staff are very attentive to all the guests safety and security. Like they immediate response to the cue when my sister sprained her ankle at the theme park, btw thank you to the man that treated her ankle.

  Review of the Dormitory Accommodations

  Having no say in the matter, I was at the mercy of in-laws who selected the dormitory accommodations. Specifically, we were in unit D8, and others in our large party occupied many surrounding rooms on both sides. The bathroom was clean, but rather warm, and it had the type of toilet where you need to fill a bucket with water and dump it into the toilet in order to get it to flush. The shower worked OK, but it can be hard to contain the water all within the shower area. The main room is equipped with a large and adequate air conditioner. There was a large water cooler with a full jug. The 6 bunkbeds were fine, and the towels, pillowcases, and sheets were all clean. The dormitories are located in the middle of the resort, so all destinations are easily accessible. Bottom line If you are traveling with a large party and everyone is comfortable enough to all sleep in the same room, then go for the dormitory. If you need privacy and something more than just basic accommodations, then I suggest pursuing a different type of room elsewhere within the resort.

  Needs maintenance

  I've been there a few times. Last time was OK. Today I was very disappointed. Looks like they need to hire a maintenance person for their water park. Nothing was working. No waves in the wave pool. River was not moving. Several of the kids slides/ water attractions were not working - really simple fixes. And my whole body is covered in painful fiberglass from the kids play area. No fun. :(
