  Excesivamente caro para el trato y localizacion

  Estube una semana en este hotel... me gusto la cama, laducha y la habitacion en general... la climatizacion era buena. El desayuno fue normalito para un hotel.de 4 estrellas y no simpre estubo todo disponible. La localizacion me parece muy mala para el precio(109libras noche). Y anduve muy miy decepcionado con la recepcion, puesto que tenia pactado un precio que no respetaron y se apreduraron a cobrarme a la llegada.. cuando pedi hablar con el gerente, se presento la supervisora para darme largas y que el manager no estaba alli... pero al minuto lo vi salir de la misma habitacion que estaba la supervisora... No lo recomiendo por el trato del personal... La comida y cena bastante regular... una hamburguesa de 14 libras sabe igual que carne de tercera clase...

  Espectacular

  En mi caso fui por trabajo y me quedé boquiabierta. Habitación súper acogedora, perfectas instalaciones y atención exquisita. Desayuno tipo buffet con gran variedad. Tuve la ocasión de cenar en él y aunque la cena fue cara, valió mucho la pena.

  Service needs some training

  Me and my partner came here for dinner and was quite disappointed! I saw this come up on my feed as I was looking for places to go out to eat and I loved the style of it!! Since were a young couple we love our modern style, which I loved about it! As we came in no one was around, luckily the restaurant is easy to find. Since I work in a hotel aswell I was quite surprised they didnt ask us if we had checked in on the nhs track and trace or double check my details... Anyway, we could tell there was only 2 members of staff on doing the bar and running food, so service was slow! Struggled to ask for more drinks, we never got a check back on food or didnt get asked at the end if everything was alright. My boyfriends bacon on his burger was cold but there wasnt any staff around to rectify this. We noticed that not one other table got a check back on food either! But overall, very very slow service! We eventually had to find a staff member after they had been in the kitchen for a while to get the bill so we could leave. Not sure if the music was broken but there wasnt any music playing either.. Shame really because this place seems like it has so much potential!

  A welcome experience on a stormy night

  This review is about the restaurant. We did not stay in the hotel. We were having a dreadful journey from Birmingham to Hull on a dark and very wet night. We had been delayed in Birmingham by an appalling traffic problem. By the time we reached the Nottingham area on the M1 we decided to stop and try and find somewhere for a meal rather than drive home and try to assemble one. We peeled off the M1 at J27 and began to search for a likely eating place. We saw the brown road signs to Mour Hotel and decided to give it a try. How glad we were that we did!! When we arrived the receptionist was helpful and very friendly. The two young men who served us in the restaurant were delightful, attentive friendly and courteous. The food and wine were excellent and good value. I had the sea bass which was delicious. Hang on to that chef! All in all, it lifted our spirits and we would highly recommend this venue.

  Mixed bag!

  Easy to find, very quiet (Covid in Notts keeping people away no doubt). Staff were ok and check in was quite efficient. No WIFI though?! Room was ok - looking a bit tired now though with frayed carpet and an incorrectly fitted toilet seat and toilet roll holder hanging off. Food was very nice - limited menu but perfectly adequate choices. Staff - two waiters easily able to manage the diners.
