  Great Staff and Location

  We stayed 4 nights here in one bedroom villa and staff really made our whole trip memorable. Forget about the facilities, cleanliness or room size, the staff here is wonderful. Thanks again for such a great surprise birthday wishes which they waited us until the late night when we returned to villa. Great location, great staff and the spacious villa as well!

  Lovely villa

  The service at the villa is fabulous. The staff are very kind and were attentive to all of my guests needs. Any issues (very minor) we had with the villas were remedied almost immediately. The location is a bit far from the beach but a $2.50AUD cab can get you straight into the heart of Seminyak. The daily breakfast was cooked freshly in our villas each morning and there is great privacy/security offered to all guests. I was a bit concerned with some of the reviews I had read but those reviewers clearly had unrealistic expectations! I have travelled and stayed in some of the world's most beautiful hotels and what you pay for is what you get. What we paid for here was reasonable and we got far more than expected. This place is perfect for families and couples and the customer service is fabulous. No hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

  Great villa, great staff

  We booked for 13 people. It was for a 21st. Im pretty sure our group might have been a bit of a headache but the staff remained courteous, friendly and professional. They were all extremely polite and helped with everything from booking taxis to booking us scooters to hire. The villas itself were very clean and modern. The wifi was a bit shotty but I found the that upstairs lounge area was best. Would definitely stay here again!

  Very private, enjoyable place to stay

  We enjoyed our stay here. The villa was very clean and very private. The bed was comfortable and our own private pool, wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast were a highlight with people cooking for us in our villa and serving us. The villa was about 30 minutes walk from Seminyak Square and close enough to everything but far enough away to be relaxing and private. Overall a great place to stay.

  Disgusting and very disappointing

  This villa 6 was nothing like the photos Villa No kettle No toaster No sun umbrella Broken toilet seat No pool towels No dining table Really high steps for upstairs access, not child friendly or elderly Fridge seal broken, so fridge not work properly, had to throw about food because of it No clothes rack Cant use the gas stove Sink really disgusting, falling apart, like a camp style kitchen Not like pictures at all When I asked why I not get what website say, she advised different price. I advised no where does it state that. Pool filter really dirty Little coffee table not cleaned on 6th day, had mouse poo on it Towels had brown stains on them Clogged shower which flooded the bathroom, when housekeeping unclogged it they left the disgusting hair and gunk on the shower floor. Had to keep asking for pool towels they would give 3 bath towels for 4 people and expect us to use them for pool towels as well Had to keep asking for toilet paper as it wasnt refilled. Water was not given daily We paid over $5000 to stay here.
