  Plenty of Nearby Hotels, There Must Be a Better Choice

  Positives: - Room was clean and comfortable -- bed, TV, shower, AC/heat all good. - Amber at front desk was pleasant. - Nice that I was given a card that said "present at bar for a free beer, wine or cocktail." Negatives: - NOT NICE that the bartender refused to let me use the card for a free glass of wine, said he would only discount it by $6 and I'd have to pay the difference. And then he wouldn't produce a wine list so I could see how much I'd have to pay for my "free" wine. I just said, "You know, never mind." And then he gives me a disdainful "okay then". - Wifi was very poor, virtually useless, both in the room and in the restaurant. - No coffee in room, except decaf. Had to go down to front desk to get some. - Hallway had what appeared to be beads of broken glass strewn about.

  Its a nice hotel. The price is a bit high for the Fargo area. We paid 187 for a honeymoon suite and the suite was nice, cant make any complaints about that, however I did bring my littles with me. They didnt tell me until after they charged my card that the pool wasnt working, but the slide was. Theyre nice bars throughout the property and one is by the pool. :) The slide was nice but we chose this hotel for the tiny kid area for my two year old. Also, the area was packed and the hot tub had a limit of four. So we didnt get to go at all. I chose the hotel for my littles to swim after a long business day. Wasnt happy that they didnt tell me before charging my card that the area was closed. Very upset about that detail and the fact we still paid 187 for a room. I was okay with paying 187 because my kids were going to be able to swim and our family was suppose to have a good time but instead we had to swim in the over sized tub.

  Probably not again

  I wanted to like the hotel, but regretfully I couldn't. I gave it two stars because we were able to get an early check-in, and we were placed in a convenient location to the pool which I requested. Though there are not any rooms on the ground level. We stayed just to take the kids swimming. The pool was not warm by any means. The hot tub was scorching. To my surprise, especially with COVID regulations and typically capacity restrictions, the gal that works in the pool area, had her family/friends there to swim which was about 15 people if not more. The pool was packed the way it was then to have non-guests using it made it even more so. You can't take the pool towels to the room with you so bring your own so the kids don't freeze going back to the room. Elevators are S.L.O.W. so you'll stand there dripping wet for quite some time. Luckily we found the stairs after waiting so long the 1st time. The room was average. There was a used coffee ground packet in the coffee maker. TV was huge. Refrigerator was convient.

  Stayed here for a recent business trip to Fargo. The hotel is very nice. The lobby and rooms are very up to date and clean. The entire hotel looked very new and clean which is the first thing you going to see at any place. The staff was super nice and helpful. They were willing to help us with anything we asked for during our business trip; which is great when traveling with a large group. We weren't there long enough to get a great feel of the hotel, but would definitely stay there again when visiting Fargo.

  We got a room here to get the kids out of the house and go swimming so we did a double queen suite nice hotel but will never come here again the slide water was ice cold to 2 days we have been here and the 3 different employees we told all said we cant do nothing about it so I dont recommend this hotel to anyone going swimming
