  Sweet memory

  I missed this hotel, it is quite old and not renovated for sometimes. However, the sandy beach, clear water and quiet environment were what I was looking for. Other hotels nearby are newer but expansive, crowded and full of my country fellow. We went there for room and breakfast only. Spent most of the time at the seaside, poolside and drove to Sungai Ringgit for dinner. Hornbills can be found at the spacious car park. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was international style and tasty. Have not try the BBQ dinner buffet so far. Unfortunately the site is closed for re-construction when we visited again last year. Date for re-opening unknown. I hope it could maintain the same atmosphere if it open again. Sweet memory ...

  A family resort

  12 members of our families booked a suit which has every facilities, except cooking. We travelled from Kuala Lumpur about 350 km. Our children & grand children realy enjoyed the 2 days 3 nights stay. Beautiful beach, excellent pool, water front activities, full of excitement, very large area to roam about freely. Food excellent, especially the breakfast. Friendly staff. Everything was good. We will return to enjoy the facilities. A wonderful resort for a family outing.

  Good for a Short Break

  We spent 3 nights at the Lotus Desaur at the end of December. This resort is a good place for a weekend getaway and does offer a lot of variety in terms of entertainment. The children spent most of their time at the small water park and swimming pools. The beach was clean and well maintained too. We also took a couple of tours around Desaru and the hotel staff was very helpful in organizing them. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The only complain I have is the resort is beginning to look worn out and tired. The rooms though large look dull and the lighting needs an uplift. Walking into the hotel room where there was a really small sized TV actually took me atleast 12 years behind. My children who had never seen anything other than the flat screen were quiet intrigued by it though. There were several maintenance issues that were promptly rectified, but I would have preferred not to have them at all. I would definitely like to visit again hopefully to better rooms this time..

  Disgust pool water in green !

  It seem quite long time didn't manage / renovated. Cooking are not allow in lodging, and you need to spend every meals there or drive about 20km away for foods. Facilities : water park, games corner, beach sides for sea sports (but i didn't see any when I went) Only the sight of green water in swimming pool filled me disgust! How long are they actually didn't clean it !!? Not hygiene at all . A place I wouldn't go again

  Team building Acivities

  This a is a great place for family get togethers, Professional team building activities, corporate family day events n so on. The place is huge and can accommodate large groups.You have almost everything there. If they include water scooters, parasailing it completes it all.You have lot of space to organise ur own activities n have fun.
