  My 4th visit to Addis Ababa

  My first and second visits, I stayed in this hotel. It was wonderful experience. my third and forth visits, I had very bad experience. I appreciate the staff and their cooperation. But, the amenities were getting bad. last visit and this visit after getting confirmation that they had rectified all defective equipment, I checked in. But, nothing works as you expect. Because of this situation, I had to check out to another hotel.

  4 star has been redefined to mean 2

  This was my first time in this hotel, and I tend to believe all the people who have reviewed it previously... it may have been 4 star once, but those days are long gone. We were a big group and the first question we asked each other every morning is "did you have water". Some did not even have water to brush their teeth! The wifi is a rumor and everything is just old and terrible. Dont stay here

  I wish I could give a good review

  We travel to Addis 2-3 times a year and this time stayed where assigned by Ethiopian Airlines for an overnight layover. We were grateful for this service but in hind site probably would have preferred to book our own nicer hotel. The rooms were basic but rundown and the toilet didn't flush and the shower was cold. The hotel wasn't interested in fixing either issue. Sleep quality poor with street noise and a beeping in the hallway. The buffet dinner was not edible, been there all day and the breakfast the next am had some of the same items just reheated again. The only thing that was great was the shuttle. It seems they get so much transit business on Ethiopian Airlines bill that they have given up trying.

  Very good hotel

  It is nice and nice hospitality with full staff but it is a nice hotel in my view, except for a little music noise in the evening , the others atmosphere was awesome, regarding myself I love the place

  Everything Nearby

  Hotel was a good place. Not much of a crowd. Hotel has its own gym (small but sufficient), lobby bar, conference rooms and quite spacious restaurant as well. Staff was really helpful and owner is so generous and a nice gentleman. Enjoyed my visit in there and they have an Indian chef who can make almost every indian food. It is a plus point if you like indian foods.
