  Nice Hotel!

  We would have given this hotel a "very good" rating, but two things that we did not like too much: that there was no queen bed, and that the water shortage must have made the shower and sink water turn blackish and water stopped for a few hours! The WiFi did not work on the 5th floor! The personnel working in this hotel are very friendly, helpful, great in service that they went out of their way to try to provide us with water in big buckets when it stopped.We did "shower" and cleaned up. The free breakfast was okay, the coffee was very good! Not par for "our usual western standard" but all in all we had very nice and restful sleep for 3 nights!

  Value For Money

  Nice location, everything is accessible, from public transportation to commercial establishments like fast food restaurants, banks and pharmacy . However , the room I stayed in needs to be renovated as well as the hallways. The elevator malfunctioned when I was about to get in it after breakfast, good thing the Maintenance Staff was at the Front Desk that time. Whenever I placed a request like changing the towels or checking the TV, it takes more than 20 minutes and several follow up. What stands out are the price and the location of the hotel.

  They don't really think about you

  Rooms are fairly clean and comfortable, but the place is old. No slippers. What I really didn't appreciate (as a Filipino traveler in a Filipino hotel) is there was no bidet in the bathroom, but when you ask for a water dipper (tabo) they'll tell you "ubos na po kasi limited lang po ang (tabo) namin." No apologies, no offers to get you one. "Baka po sa umaga meron na kasi baka isoli na po yung isa." Like, how much does it cost to have enough water dippers for your guests?

  Disgusting place. Do not come here.

  Front desk lady had an attitude, gave us the wrong room, and forgot to give us a keycard for electricity. She had an unfounded air of condescension. The room had water damage on the ceiling and smelled like mold. Water pressure in the bathroom was horrendous. All around bad. Not worth it. Spend the extra 250 pesos ($5) and get a much nicer spot downtown

  Small but confortable

  Old but rooms are fresh however the food are not so good. So you can go outside to try and taste the different bacolod delicacies. Location a little bit far from the town plaza and other night outs and day outs.
