Nunca mas
El personal de reception es muy borde y no tienen ni idea de bangkok ni tampoco la que organiza los tours! Nunca saben nada! Y cuidado con los tours en el hotel son mucho mas caro que fuera. El hotel esta situado en el barrio indio y en la calle mas sucia de la zona. Mucho ruido en la calle por la noche. Y luego te despiertan las de la limpieza escuchando musica y cantando. Si quieres dejar maletas en la recepcion tienes que saber que no las vigilan. Te dan un ticket pero no controlan nada y las maletas se quedan en el medio de la recepcion.

Worst
It Is the worst hotel guys. Specially people traveling from India to this hotel. They will loot you.. They will create unnecessary provisions. They will take 2000 baht as advance later they will take ur signature fraudulently and they will not refund ur money creating unnecessary provisions and you will be in hurry to check out and travel to airport you will not ask much. They are just thiefs. I warn everyone not to check into this hotel. They looted me and my frnds.. Specially the lady and a guy in receipton.. They loot ur money and don't give receipt for money. They will tale signature as they have refunded your money.

Perfectly Located, Awesome Property, Great Service
Value for Money( 5/5) Room and Cleanliness (5/5): - We booked a superior room and the receptionist Thanathip gave us a non-smoking superior room with an awesome city view, as requested. He was very warm and accomodating while receiving us - The room just awed us with a mind-blowing view of city and swiming pool - The room was super spacious and well set. It had a king size bed with a centralised switch control right above the bed - It also has a moving chair with a desk just behind the bed helpful to work on your computer or files, which makes it best suitable for both business and vacation stays - The bathroom was spacious enough as well, with a bath tub and wide mirror The room was well maintained throughout our stay. Amenities(5/5): - The room had all required amenities right from Coffee making kit, kettle, locker, ironing kit, refrigerator, hiar dryer, etc - Don't miss to visit their Attica Sky Lounge at 23rd floor. It gives you an amazing view of the city - They have a nice lengthy swimming pool as well Location (5/5): The hotel is best located in Makassan, quite close to the airline metro and near Indra Square, and a bit away from Platinum mall and Pratunum market. But still at a walkable distance to both. Enroute you would find a lot of Indian and Thai restaurants. If you are an Indian looking for Indian restaurants and you also wanna stay close to Shopping area, this is the best place for you. They have a nice pick up area where your cars can pick you up without hassle. Food(10/5): Amazing and sumptuous food options. Especially their breakfast is a perfect synonym of the word sumptuous. Diverse options covering all cuisines from Asian to continental, all with authentic tastes. Their Pancakes are the best. They have so many options even for juices and coffees. Hats off team!! Over all great stay in Bangkok and Kudos to their great service and amazing property. I would definitely recommend and also repeat my stay here during my next Bangkok visit.

Group Stay @ The Ecotel Bangkok
We visited and stay at this hotel with 24 people group on 25th Jan to 26th Jan 2020 booked 12 superior rooms,on arrival we were welcomed by the front desk,the bell boy was helpful to take our luggage and show us the rooms,the rooms were spacious and toilet was good,on the lobby there was hot and cold water refrigerator,the best of this hotel was breakfast which was great and many choice,Indian tourist will feel more comfortable because there are lots of Indian restaurants sounding the hotel like Cafe 33, Seven Eleven mini store,Jain restaurant,south Indian restaurant,Indra market is walking distance for shopping, Metro train station waking distance, I highly recommend for Indian tourist to stay here,the best thing in this hotel was they keep your luggage if you check out from the hotel room price was reasonable with breakfast.Highly recommended for the family tourist to stay.

Very good hotel.rooms spacious n neat.have complimentary breakfast till 10.30 am.very delicious one.it is situated at the heart of the city.a big shopping centre near by where we get all special items of Bangkok.bus station also near by.service very good.staff also very helpful
