  Great hotel for the price

  Hotel is nice with everything youd need for a ski trip. They offer ski passes from the desk (same price everywhere) they also recommended somewhere to get our skis which were also great. The hotel bus to the slopes every 10 mins was great and also couldnt fault the breakfast. Only criticism would be that the rooms are extremely hot - luckily we had large windows which we could open but felt this was a waste of energy. Overall great stay - would definitely return.

  Nice stay in Bad Gastein

  Stayed at this hotel for a week. Decent sized rooms, including bathrooms. Clean and well kept. Big breakfast buffet, with plenty of options, both hot and cold. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early, before breakfast, on our last day, and they prepared a bag for each of us with a couple of sandwiches, fruit and a cold drink. Nice back garden for relaxing after a long walk in one of the many mountains surrounding the area.

  Excellent experience

  The hotel offers great accommodation, we had a spacious and great looking room with a view on the town. The staff is helpful and friendly, the spa facilities are impressive (hammam, steam room and sauna rooms- all clean and cozy). The hotel restaurant had an amazing choice of meals (also vegetarian options), the food was fresh and very tasty! Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience, highly recommended!

  Great Location

  We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful town. The hotel had such great architecture, it was fun just to wander the halls and look at the old pictures. It was easy to find, parking is right next door and was discounted with the stay. There is a bar which is open late, a formal dining room that we didn't get a change to check out but it looked like it had a nice view! It is important to know that the front desk is not open 24 hrs a day ~ the exterior doors are locked and once you are checked in you will be given a door code to enter after hours. We found this very common for hotels in the area. The location is great, we were able to walk to the restaurants, shops and sites.

  Unforgettable stay!!!

  Great hotel (excellent location, facilities, rooms, breakfast, shuttle bus, very helpful staff)! Director Sergey Sokolov is the best one - ha made our stay over there. Would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is planning to visit Bad Gastein.
