  Nice Place

  The steps are mentioned in every review so enough said.... Arrived early hours and were shown to room 101. Ground floor of the 2nd block with pool right infront. You do not however have any views of the bays. Basic apartment,needs an update but cannot fault it for the price. Cleaning team superb and so friendly. Waiters mmm what can i say. The first morning all smiles checked us in properly. Proceeded to tell us that we should not have been able to book as they were off sell for certain dates and said we should have been told. I asked If there was going to be an issue and they said no. Nothing else mentioned until Mehmet tells us at 8pm 2 days before we were leaving that we had to check out a day earlier as they were full... We had to move and was upgraded to allinclusive at Ozcan. As we were leaving on of the staff shouted and checked his bills to see if we owed them any money. Just think they were rude and to know full well there was going to be an issue it was not warrented. Wont be returning anytime soon nicer places to stay in Turunc but for the money we paid it was fine.

  We had the most amazing stay here from start to finish, everything was spot on the room was cleaned every day, all of the staff were so lovely and the food was perfect at every meal. A big thank you to all of the staff for looking after us, we will be back next year!

  Bad services and dreadful attitude.

  Once again the standard at this dreadful hotel is as consistent as ever. Never ever stay here. There are many many excellent hotels in Turunc but this is the worst by a long way. The staff and management are beyond belief.

  Stunning views

  We are eating here later on so will submit a post then. Glorious views over the bay of Turunc. Very promtand efficient service { you effortlessly down to the lower bar, ideal for watching the water taxis in the harbour and of course, people watching. Clean and modern feel. Very pleasant.

  Great staff, great views.

  Our apartment was quite basic(hence 4/5) but clean an comfortable. We had fresh towels very day and sheets twice a week. The view from our room was a delight and breakfast on the balcony was something to look forward to. Fatih, Erkan, Mehmet and the cleaning staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ate three breakfasts and three evening meals in the restaurant and enjoyed all of them. Looking forward to returning next year.
