  The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

  Eureka Place hotel, Ntinda is a nice hotel. the rooms are nice but their television is controlled with guest forced to watch selected channels hence denying them their wish. the place lack outdoor space for those who wishes to have a go at games like Volleyball or hide and seek with your love ones, (LOL) the dishes, i think is Good especially from someone with cooking background like myself. Staffs are helpful and corporate.

  Perfect

  We had a business meeting from Amaani Hall and the rooms were cool, then spent a night and the rooms were perfectly clean which everyone would seek in a hotel room. The services rendered were on point plus the good meals provided.

  Quite and conducive place

  I like the courteous staff and adherence to COVID-19 SOPs Iiked the fact that as you enter the premise, you santize, your temperature is being taken by the secruity guard at the gate and as you enter inside the hotel there is a poster at the reception reading NO ENTRY without a Mask.. This is good to me

  Accommodation

  Some of the spring mattress need to put on an extra soft cover like to improve on its comfortability. Some beds have uncomfortable moods due to less cover on mattress. Meals were fines. Some screens were not working hence need some repair to keep updated during someone's stay Thanks

  relaxing

  Very relaxing place , very clean and a go for your money. The place is convenient for business meetings and has very supportive staff. The rooms are quiet small but has a variety of larger rooms.In a hot weather the rooms can be hot you will need a fan to keep cool. Otherwise generally a clean environment and very keen about safety of clients
