    large comfortable apartment in great location with nice views

    Firstly we were very happy to receive an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. The apartment was huge, with full size kitchen & bathroom with washing machine and dryer, large bedrooms and nice balcony with lovely views down the river. While out on the balcony there was quite a bit of traffic noise, once the door was closed it was silent inside. Building facilities were excellent with a large gyme, lap pool, large spa, steam room and sauna, which were open from very early to very late, so very useful. The location of this property is outstanding. Less than 10min walk from Skybus at Southern Cross. Flinders West tramstop only 2 or 3 mins walk, Spencer st tramstop maybe 1min more and Batman park stop only few mins also, so just about all routes reachable within a few mins walk. Seafarers bridge to take you over the river to DFO. Crown, restaurants etc is literally at the back door of the complex and the apartment overlooked the bridge. There is also some good options within the complex. We ate at Pud vs Pho twice and loved it, also a few other good options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again

    Exceeded Expectations in All Regards!

    We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday along with our 2 year old daughter. We could not have been more impressed by the high level of service and the helpful service we received from staff members. We had many additional requests that came up unexpectedly (i.e. reserve a parking spot, supplies, sick child and having to check out later). In every instance they accomodated our request and were understanding. Additionally, we found the location to be perfect for Melbourne. While the tehcnial address is "Docklands", it is literally on the edge of the Melbourne CBD. This gives you access to both areas very easily and there is a tram right by which does a loop around the CBD for free. We can't wait to come here again!

    Nice find right on the Yarra River and very close to public transport & all options

    Reception is located on corner to the right hand side on the main entrance. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. We had a large patio area overlooking the Yarra River and the Exhibition Building, full size kitchen, dual bathroom toilet to both bedrooms, and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and another toilet. The bedrooms were a good size, 1 King and 2 reasonable singles in the other room. Noise was minimal and the building facilities are excellent. Decent gym, lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room. It is 1 block from Southern Cross Station, a short walk to the City Circle Tram (free both via Flinders & Swanston Sts) and a short walk to the Skybus, also at Southern Cross. Rear access will take you to Seafarers Bridge to cross the Yarra River to DFO, Convention City, Southbank & the Crown Complex. There are also many good restaurants along the riverside. Would certainly stay here again.

    Great location

    Great location right near shopping, restaurants, a convenience store and great view from the apartment. The bed was terrible in the main bedroom - lumpy and very worn/soft like you were sleeping on a bouncy castle (as weird as that sounds!). Room 1511 if the owners want to look to replace it. A bit of road noise as well but I suppose that's what comes with a great location. Kids loved the pool and spa. We should have brought some of our own washing powder as only wanted to do one wash but none provided so bought a box. Really close to jump on a tram. We enjoyed meals at Byblos and Kobe Jones (first table deal) which were only less than 200 metres away. Shopped up a storm at DFO South Wharf!

    DO NOT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS THROUGH AGODA!

    Ive had no problems with Agoda til NYE this year, I had not received any information or how to check in at the apartment I booked, when I msgd using the app, the owner responds quickly that we needed to provide our own linens and duvee etc due to covid. We did not agree, and the owner did not tell us further details how to check in. There was no property number to call, ended up calling AGODA customer service twice via international roaming, they promised a refund after the second call as the owner still did not give us check in details nor confirmed anything about the bedding after they intervened, so we cancelled and 2 days later are told we cannot get a refund even though AGODA promised that we would get one???!! And they are not accountable for any of this and are only offering $30usd for our troubles when Im out of pocket $700! Anyone sued them and won?? Am currently complaining against them. Dirty dogs!!! No company who does this to customers should be allowed to continue trading. DO NOT USE THEM and DO NOT book the 3b3b apartment in 60 Siddeley St Docklands listed under CBD Riverview flat/FREE tram/ close to Sth CrossThat Jase/Jason guy does not respond and will lie and screw you over! Hes a scam artist!
