  Gran ubicación en tan idílico lugar

  A favor: ubicación, piscina climatizada al aire libre gratuita, instalaciones en general, parking. En contra: habitaciones antiguas, las individuales son muy pequeñas. Calidad precio es una buena elección debido a su proximidad al centro histórico de Sirmione, y a su vez para relajarse en la piscina termal.

  Great Location but not so great hotel

  I chose the Hotel Fonte Boiola in Sirmione for the proximity. It was a comfortable Hotel but I would not stay there in the future. The room was very small, Small bed, tight bathroom and the Hotel smelled horrible (Sulfer). At first I thought that the smell was the lake but after stepping outside I noticed that it wasn't. The Staff was very pleasant and the property very nice. The breakfast wasn't what I was expecting.

  El escape de fin de semana perfecto cerca de Milano

  Estupenda combinacion de relax y naturaleza dentro de la estructura del hotel. Lo mejor de todo es que a pocos pasos estas en el centro, desde la ventana de mi habitacion podia ver el castillo de Sirmione. Y poder tener acceso a las bicicletas para recorrer la ciudad es lo maximo.

  Location perfect but very busy

  We choose this hotel because of the location close to old town Sirmione. We booked on the own website, not the cheapest room. The room was very small, the bed hardly fitted in there. Our room was overlooking the parking lot. There was no nicer room available as the hotel was fully booked. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food was good. The waiters were very stressed, running up and down, no time for a smile. The only really friendly staffmember we met was the poolmanager! The pool was very nice, warm an with massage streams. A lit of elderly prople are walking in a bathrobe, some even gave breakfast wearing this... When we checked out and said we were not really satisfied the lady at the reception gave me some little samples of creams.. this was a nice gesture but not covering our negative experience. Resume: Good location and food (although at breakfast you need to pay extra for eggs), too busy and no smiles from the staff. It is a nice hotel for elderly enjoying the Spa.

  They Jump Started my Rental Car

  We took a couples getaway to Lago di Garda after the new year (before the pandemic). I booked Fonte Boiola because it was the perfect balance of price and location. It was the low season in Sirmione, so we were able to get an excellent rate on the room. Though the hotel and rooms could do for a remodel, our room was perfectly situated upstairs with French doors that opened to a small balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake, overlooking the lawn, and the thermal pool. Now in some reviews, people have complained of a sulfurous odor. Those reviewers might be a little dense. There's a geothermal spring, of course it smells of brimstone! And my goodness, what a feature to have in the hotel! The spa is open from 7 to 7, and in winter, the hot mineral water feels absolutely heavenly. The thermal pool starts inside the building. You enter through a corridor that sprays you down and leads you into the pool gradually until you emerge to the outside. There are foam pool noodles to help you relax in the water. But if for some reason you don't want to be in the pool, you can hang out in the saunas (pandemic notwithstanding). Breakfast service is a simple buffet with breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, and cold cuts. Coffee, juice, milk, etc. But if there's one thing I need to highlight about how great this hotel is, it's the service. We must have left the headlights on because the battery was dead in the rental car. We went to the front desk to ask about roadside assistance, and they took care of everything! They brought the company car around and jump started our vehicle! No extra charge. By the way, they have free onsite parking, just don't forget to turn off your headlights.
