  Estupendas instalaciones

  Muy buen servicio. Excelente comida. Cómodas habitaciones con todo tipo de detalles. Muy recomendable. Lo único malo es que es lejos del centro de la ciudad pero eso garantiza a su vez tranquilidad y descanso durante la estancia.

  Great Hotel

  Very nice hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Smooth check-in, the staff is very professional. The only negative experience was the internet, which was extremely slow during my stay.

  The hotel room as 24.5° C all night long. For the Americans, that's- 76° F. They came and opened a window form me but after an hour, the room dropped to 10°C or 50°F. The window was locked open, so I had to call someone to come close it. Then I asked that they bring me a fan, but they brought me an air purifier instead. Awful night of sleep. But the worst part was explaining this to Jenya, the supposed customer service manager. She made excuses about the heat in the building and then looked down at her screen, smirking. I guess she thought is was funny. When I asked why she thought it was funny, she said "We'll I apologized." I said, "Actually, you didn't. You made excuses and then looked down at your screen, smirking." If you want a good night's sleep and want to spend your money at a place that appreciates you, this ins't the place. Skip it.

  Modern rooms

  I am frequent visitor to Changchun and this hotel is my favourite. On the one hand it may be little bit far from downtown (but thanks to that there is less traffic), on the other hand all necessities are nearby (2 shopping malls, 10 mins and 20 minutes from hotel). Rooms are very nice and modern. Most of the staff's English is limited (always communicable and they make effort) but two front desk persons- Ms Jenya and Mr Kyle are always a big help and make every stay enjoyable. Rooms are extremely clean.

  I call it Home

  My boyfriend and I have been living in this hotel for almost a year. The apartment is pretty spacious and well-equipped with a nice view over the city (specially at night). The location is out of the hustle and bustle of city center yet less than 10 minutes drive to shopping mal and restaurants. With the help of attentive management and staff all what needed to be provided was generously given to us to make our apartment cozy and our stay convenient. Specially Jenya, the support customer service manager, helped us since the very beginning of our stay until now. she is one of the few staff who speaks fluent English and mainly in charge of non-chinese guests. The gym and the swimming pool area are very clean and modern. Also, recently theyve repaired the sauna which is absolutely necessary for Changchun winter time. Nevertheless there is still plenty of room for improvement. The executive lounge area should be redecorated and breakfast should be improved.
