  Not up to the Sheraton standard

  This is the best property to stay at when in Penghu. That being said its not up to the Sheraton standard. I travel all over the world and stay in American branded hotels for a reason: I expect American hotel standards to be applied. This hotel falls way way short. To start, the rooms are filthy. The bathroom has not had bleach or cleaner applied in months. The toilet smell awful. Floors are dirty. The bed was comfortable. In addition the lobby is literally huge and has no furniture in it. Maybe because it was off season? Im not sure. But this property fall short of being a 4 or 5 star hotel. Like I stated earlier, it is the best place to stay in Penghu. Just lower your expectations dramatically. Oh one other comment, Bonvoy member benefits are non-existent.

  FOUR POINTS , SHERATON, MAGONG CITY, PENGHU, TAIWAN

  This is supposed to be one of the BEST HOTELS in PENGHU, TAIWAN. The property is managed by the International group, SHERATON . The property is owned by the same group that owns the Discovery hotel, just next to the FOUR POINTS. Wonder why the group has two supposedly 5* stars hotels in such proximity, just next to each other. Perhaps the anticipation of Hugh Flow of tourists to the Island (likely from Main Land China !!!). The hotel is not as Good as other SHERATONS round the World. The building is acceptable and the rooms are Good. However, it needs more than just Building and rooms to justify a 5* star rating. The service and many other areas can be improved. There is so few crowd, so the Chinese restaurant only open for Dinner. The breakfast buffet is acceptable as a 4* rating stand, so are the general ratings in accordance.

  Magnificent!

  We stayed here for three days, enjoyed a wonderful service and magnificent view of the harbor the rooftop swimming pool and surrounding. The location is perfect at adjacent to Magong harbor No.3. inside the hotel, theres a restaurant called The Eatery, great for its buffet. Great fitness/exercis area. Spacious/gorgeous lounge/lobby. Our bedroom was large with two beds, comfortable and well set. adequate sitting area, modern/open closet, and contemporary bathroom. Wi-fi was strong and easy to get connect. Elegant breakfast buffet. We have enjoyed the three days stay.

  Elegant hotel with nice view

  Elegant hotel with nice view! This hotel is located nearby harbor which is closer to port connected to others small island. The room with beautiful balcony easier to have whole harbor view with eyes. During the hot season, everyday the room is quite full, however, the hotel still offers high level service. 1. Swimming pool is located in 5th floor, its beautiful and clean. Quite enjoy to stay at pool afternoon. 2. Breakfast offers variety food and drink. The seafood noodle is so delicious and fresh. 3. The amenity for suite room provide the silly coffee and complimentary drink. 4. The bed is big enough for 4 people, and you can image for only two people, it is BIG. 6. Playground is good for family to spend over three hours. 7. Shuttle bus for free to airport. Overall, it is good staying experience! So recommended for people to visiting Penghu.

  Wonderful stay

  This is by far the best Four Points Ive stayed at. The service and food were excellent, and the facilities are modern and trendy. There is a glamorous infinity pool that overlooks the harbor. The gym has all the equipment you need, and lobby provides a grand welcome. The location is perfect - right by the harbor and very walkable. All rooms have an unobstructed view and are well-upholstered. Will definitely stay here again!
