  Perfect mid range hotel

  Recently stayed for four nights for work trip and I was much more satisfied the last time I was here and stayed at the Best Western. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and the rooms are nice and modern. If you like to go to the gym at a hotel I would stay here because even though the gym was small it was really well maintained. They had even sanitation wipes and new hair ties for long hair. The only negative side of this hotel is the blackout curtains do not go across the entire windows. Also the pillows on the beds are terrible.

  Great Location and Staff

  Four Points is in a great location. There are multiple bars and restaurants within a block of the hotel. I left my vehicle parked in the on-site parking lot (daily charge) my entire visit. The staff were friendly and professionally. Though check-in is at 3:00 PM, I was allowed to check in early. The only issue was during this process. The computer system was not working properly. Though the register system didnt show my credit card had been read, I was charged two two deposits. The room was smaller than Im used to in the U.S., but it was nicely decorated. Though the hotel is located by multiple bars and the underground customs entry tunnel, I didnt hear a thing. The queen size bed was so comfortable. I slept like I was at home. Great staff and location. Nicely appointed room. Even with the issue at check-in, Id stay here again.

  Clean But Tidy

  The hotel & room were spotless. However the washroom was way too tiny. We ate at the Finn MacCools. The service and food was exceptional. The front desk staff need to go to a customer service workshop, Its hard to sleep hearing all the traffic zoom by, and the heater gurgle and buzz.

  Perfect for a staycation or city break

  I arrived on a recent Friday evening and was greeted by the beaming and happy Stewart. I immediately got the sense, he loved his job and was genuinely pleased to see me as a guest. The hotel impeccably clean as one would expect and well organized given the new normal that Covid19 which has forced everyone to adapt to. The room, linens and especially the bathroom beautifully renovated and in great shape and OMG the shower pressure is to die for, I could have stayed under the shower for much longer. Waiting for me was a lovely welcome note from the GM with a bottle of water, then back to the Front Desk for Stewart to suggest where I should go for dinner and he knew where to send me, needless to say I was not disappointed with his recommendations. Location ideal and very welcoming. The only minor issue was the corridors were a bit too warm...but again how long to spend in the corridors (LOL). PS: They have SMART TV's and you can connect your devices...so cool and PS: I forgot my toothpaste and they had these fun flat packs of toothpaste. Way too cool.

  Beautiful but ....

  Nice hotel. Very clean and newly renovated. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 503. Beautiful. However when we got up in the morning there was a disgusting stale garlic smell in the entire hallway on the fifth floor. If it smelled like that when we arrived we would have left. Management better figure out the problem. Its a deal breaker for us in the future. Hence the three star rating.
