  I stayed here for the first time in September 2014 for 2 weeks and found it very friendly, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and spoke english. The breakfast was exceptional plently to chose from and could go back as many times as wanted. The waiter came on a morning with the evening menu and translated it to english for us.The evening meal was always very good and you could have as much of the salad as wanted while waiting for your meal and with the meal. Rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is close to the beach,shops,market, bus and train statioin and is a good base to start from if wanting to explore other places. I would go back to this hotel anytime I go to viareggio.

  Good family hotel

  This us a very good family run friendly hotel. In the centre of Viareggio rooms a bit on the small side but clean . No private beach but has an arrangement with a good local beach with good facilities. Viareggio is very handy to visit many places by local train Will visit again

  Hotel with potential

  The hotel had very nice service and a central location only some hundered meters from the beach. Restaurants are also nearby. The rooms have all you need and everything is clean, so basically we enjoyed this hotel very well. What goes down is the breakfast wich generally had a very poor selection. The internet in the room is also very slow. If these things are fixed, the hotel is top notch.

  Excellent starting point for your trips.

  The hotel is clean and the room was looking recently updated. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and needs. Hotel is situated close to the beach and still it is in walking distance from train station, just 12 - 13 minutes walk. The only unexpected fact was that air-conditioner was not working. The Hotel staff explained us that municipality does not allow hotels to use air-conditioners till 20 of June. The weather was really good so we didn't need it really.

  Very Nice Hotel

  Great location, clean roms, parking just outside the hotel, good price and best of it all: the friendly staff! Five thumbs up from us and a big smile :) Looking forward to the breakfast tomorrow morning.
