  Very nice hotel

  The hotel has 18 rooms, a bar, a restaurant and two car parks, in front of and behind the hotel, quite generous. Just a short walk from the highway, bounded by a wall of glass, is a swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children from a few metres ahead. Toys flying near the small pool gave a familiar and intimate hotel. Contrast sharply with the exterior, the Interior was modern and very personable. The stairs were carpeted in quality, a light gray. The Lobby and the bar were very stylish. The small and cosy reception room, but very hard to find. After appearing at the reception and we handed over the key to the room, I have never seen it. In fact I haven't seen someone through the hotel, though the parking lot was full of cars from different countries.The hotel smelled of lavender, nice clean. The halls were bathed in diffused light bluish-purple. I became an expert in the "shooting" of a room from the threshold. The room was attractive from all points of view. The furniture was simple. Middle bed, a have a wooden desk with mirror, above which was caught on a standard TV. A masked in a fridge locker room half occupied wood quite spatioas. The bed was more than comfortable, and white cotton underwear, well washed and calcat gave me a pleasant feeling of comfort. The walls were cream-colored room discern a warm and cosy glow. Pieces of furniture of dark brown used an extra depth and warmth. On the bottom was the smooth and shiny parquet floors like glass, coated on a small portion of a carpet fluffy, warm colours with beige and Brown. Spacious bathroom, decorated in a cosy style, modern shower curtain trivial being replaced by a satin glass wall, a basket contained supplies for two people, and were placed on a stand a few white and soft towels, two fluffy robes and slippers. The balcony gave to the inner court, if I can call it that, because in fact it was a parking lot bordered by a few bushes that propagated a sweet scent of jasmine. The Court sits in back of the hotel away from the Highway noise.Giotis has surpassed all expectations of Boutique, my peace of mind, cleaning and comfort me to recommend to all those who seeking a transit hotel in Ioannina. Things to visit in the castle of Ioannina-Ioannina, Byzantine Museum with its collection of silver jewelry, Mosque of Aslan Pasha of Ioannina's clock and Sultan Abdul Hamit emblem, the monasteries of St. Anne and St. Nicholas

  Not a place I would recommend

  We arrived late in the evening after a very long drive from Romania and we had difficulties to find the hotel as the location on Maps is not accurate. There was no English speaking staff and they couldn't assist us via phone to reach the hotel; when we arrived we couldn't eat anything in the hotel or around it, the personal from the reception couldn't help us to order some home delivery food. The room was not as clean as expected from a 4 starts hotel - dust everywhere, toilet basin not cleaned after previous guest. Breakfast is very poor, quality is questionable. They didn't want to accept credit card payment in the first place, but after some negotiation via sign language I was able to pay with card.

  CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS AT IOANNINA

  The Hotel is 10' drive to IOANNINA.Nice atmosphere in the clean rooms.Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast at very good level (we ordered fried eggs at no cost ) and the best of all was their very low cost of our accommodation.

  Nice and clean Hotel

  Hotel located outside Ioannina (about 10 minutes drive) on the way to Arta (old road - not the highway). Quiet area, clean hotel, good breakfast. Ask reception for leaflets to order from various take away places and they bring it to your room upto 23:00 night. Nice and clean pool as well.

  Great hotel.

  Stayed here overnight after arriving at Ioannina Airport. 20 minute drive from the airport, very easy to locate, ample parking. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and warm. We sat in the lounge, in front of a lovely open fire, drinking wine, it was bliss. Grand buffet breakfast and the owner made us fresh omelettes. Recommend it, close to the motorway access, Ikea and Jumbo. Will definitely stay there again.
