  Los chalets bien, correctos. Camas comodas, cocina equipada, barbacoa en la terraza, baño completo y limpio. Teniamos un pequeño raton en la habitacion pero estando en el campo es normal. Lo peor el wifi de la recepcion, horrible. Sin ambiente para tomarse algo en el bar.

  HORRIBLE! FILTHY BEYOND WORDS.

  THE CHALETS ARE SUCH A DISSAPOINTMENT, THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY FOR SUCH !!!We requested to be moved the first morning here because the sink in the bathroom got blocked,and the toilet would not flush properly,I was scratched open on my leg by a wire sticking out of the bed and I wasn't happy with the cleanliness. 2nd chalet WORSE!!!!!! THE MATTRESS SMELLS OF URINE. The sheets and carpets have stains, there is a funny smell the entire unit. I so want to go home, but I cannot disappoint my husband and daughter by leaving earlier than our departure date. The town and scenery is amazing, beautiful beautiful- but this place is dampening the mood. I overheard neighbours complaining about their toilet as well. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!! A WASTE OF MONEY......

  Disappointing Chalets

  This is a nice hotel with good food. We however stayed in a chalet which was not up to the standard that we expected or compared to the remainder of the hotel. The chalet had not been cleaned properly when we arrived, bins remained unemptied and the tea towel was wet through in a cupboard. Some of the equipment (hairdryer, toiletries and Kitchen equipment) was missing as was a bathroom shelf leaving the brackets sticking out. These issues were resolved but not immediately. The staff were ok but some seemed very unenthusiastic. I would have given 2 stars but for the kindness of one of the staff running us to our car after we had arrived at reception but a storm had broken out. If you intend to self cater be sure to bring all your provisions with you as it is difficult to even get the basics locally. Having said this, the area is stunning with beautiful rock formations and nice walks.

  Beautiful mountain views

  We have slept over at the hotel. Our room was unfortunately only prepared for one person with towels short in the bathroom and no coffee at the tea station. When we have mentioned this to the staff on departure, they have apologized profusely. The shower in the bathroom is out of this world with so much space! The food served in the dining room is of a good quality and is recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful.

  Offering magnificent views over the park ...

  The Hotel complex is situated in a magnificent place that provides the hosts with magnificent views. I found the hotel room to be quite narrow, though the view from its outside veranda like patio had a beautiful view over the mountains. The restaurant was not adequately lit (dim lights everywhere) giving me the impression of being in permanent darkness. Food was good though and that made the difference.
