  Increibles vacaciones en el Vonresort Golden Beach sin lugar a dudas volveremos. En general lo valoraria con un 10. Comida excepcional, personal muy simpatico y atento, instalaciones muy completas. No necesitas salir del complejo para nada.Bravo

  Best Family hoilday

  The resort prefect ,Aqua park, swimming pools, activities , accommodation ( villa), the food tasty with different choices , snack bars, beverages, the staff very polite and helpful. The Spa can be enjoyed by all the family , a must try.

  Excellent Experience

  We chose this hotel second time after 5 years. I was worried about the Covid 19 restrictions at the beginning, however, I was absolutely impressed by how much the hotel staff had been trying their best for our comfort. First of all I would like to send my gratitudes to all waitresses and waiters serving at the main restaurant. They were very diligent and hardworking to maintain the premium service for all the guests. Reception was also kind and helpful. The main bar at reception was always in great service. The room cleaners cleaned our room everyday. Many special tanks for them. The gardeners always kept the area cleaned and nicely. The bartenders were always very nice, patient and friendly. The food kinds and qualities were also very very good. Delicious and high quality. Drinks are also good. Many thanks for the ice cream man who always supported us the best ice cream. Animation team was also great, and however, they can be more creative with the current games. The beach was very very clean. Water was great. Swimming pools and aqua parks were very good. The kid club was also very nice. The live music was great. It could be more often. What I was disappointed with is some of the guests doing their best not to keep social distance and not to wear their mask however some of the hard worker old ladies wearing their masks under very very difficult conditions and working all day with helpful manners. The hotel managers had better to seriously warn such irresponsible guests and also a few staff working around unmasked. I give 9point out of 10. If they perform more covid controls and maintain social distance my point would be 10. Many thanks for the all hard workers to maintain us the best comfort during our staying.

  Nice Resort

  We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom Room with lounge area and kitchenette, there was plenty of space for us all, and air conditioning worked well in bedrooms. The room was cleaned every day but they never left enough towels for 5 of us. Food - was good quality but now they are serving it to you in the buffet they need more staff to man the stations. Drink - good quality and some branded, open 24 hour. Staff - all very friendly and helpful although not great at English. Pools - excellent, clean and plenty of sun beds, well spaced out. Entertainment - not good, shows very amateurish and not much going on during the day. Would like to see live music every night in at least one of the bars. Ala carts restaurant - its 10 euros a person which we didnt mind paying but was very disappointed to find you had to pay for alcohol? We have stayed many hotels and have never had to pay for wine in beer in an all inclusive resort in an a la carts, they should provide house wine and beer. Grounds - beautiful, very well kept. Pier - lovely addition to the hotel with bar, no toilets though. Cleanliness - felt very clean everywhere. We really our enjoyed our holiday and feel with the couple of negative things we mentioned about entertainment and alacartes, if they were improved would be amazing.

  A wonderful resort

  The perfect resort !!! Is it very beautiful , the staff very friendley and with a smile on their face all the time,cleans rooms, multiple activities, Aquapark .... It was a wonderful holiday Thank you Vonresort Golden Beach !!!
