  Best Vacation Ever I had

  The hotel condition is remarkable, My favorite place was the pool and inside the hotel, you could see a car, which is old and expensive..You should book not only the room but also the Breakfast. OMG...even If you try a thousand times there's something you have to taste. In front of the Hotel, you could visit the Indonesian Cultural Event Centre and Most delicious cake factory next to it.

  Nice stay with my old friend in Golden View hotel in Batam

  After a year in batam last year(2018) Make a trip again to travel from Singapore to Batam Harbourbay by Horizon ferry on 16 July 2019 Tuesday. Took a cab to Golden View Hotel in Batam. Check in was fast, got a clean room. Stay in a deluxe room with free breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Afternoon have free coach services to two nearby shopping centre, punctual pick up. Spend about two hours each place. Nagoya Hill shopping Mall and BCS Mall. Morning breakfast have a lot of variety of choices. Have a nice full meal, then checkout to return to home by Go-jek private car.

  Amazing Service

  We stayed at Golden View on several occasions before. But this visit was one of the best in terms of hospitality. Sadly, I didn't manage to get the staff's name. I hope the mgt could trace them down and inform them accordingly. 1. Prior to my trip, I had communicated to the marketing team on some queries. The marketing lady had been very helpful in attending to them. And even informed me of the applicable discounts in the month of December. We were also able to enjoy discounts at Golden Prawn and on our kueh lapis purchase. 2. We were given free shuttle services to the activity zones and kueh lapis areas anytime we wanted. Staff were always smiling and helpful. 3. We were a family of 11. We made a last min decision to hire the hotel car for 3 hours only. One of your Malay concierge staff in red uniform, slightly shorter on duty yesterday morning had been extremely helpful when we informed that we needed a car for 6 pax for 3 hours rental. Whilst 5 of us will take the hotel shuttle for shopping. And a shuttle from 4pm to send our luggage from the hotel to pick us from Nagoya Hill to the ferry for free. He arranged everything for us seamlessly and within less than 10 minutes notice. We had 6 kids and 6 luggages in toll. The arrangement allowed all 11 of us to sightsee and shop without worry and we truely had a good time. Thank you staff of Golden View. Its your wonderful staff that made our stay an extremely pleasant one.

  Good Old Hotel - Was nice - Clean

  Hotel is beside Golden Prawn.. Quite far from the central, cos of the traffic... Breakfast spread was bad but i guess it was cos of the corona virus.. Didn't enjoy breakfast at all.. N they didnt switch on the comon corridors aircon, once ure out of the room its practically a stuffy and sweaty walk to the lift... Besides that rest were good.. rooms were clean and spacious.. had a good sleep.... Will def revisit when the economy here picks up again..

  Superb..

  I stayed on 1st nov and 2nd on 11 nov, both reserved through their sales person Ms. Henny. She is a very professional person, she accommodated us very well. The rooms are big , bit old but still clean and good maintained. We explore arround the area included Dino's gate which can educate you kids about dinos. Absolutely will comeback again..
