  Recomendado hotel!

  Muy recomendado, habitaciones comodas y limpias, personal muy atento y agradable, muy buen desayuno, aunque podrian mejorarlo un poco, muy buena ubicación. Transfer al aeropuerto a buen precio, 7 euros para 3 personas + maletas.

  Comfortable

  It was a very good hotel, but is right on the road, the rooms are large and the bathrooms are nice. Service and staff were very helpful and friendly. No coffee pot in the room but the staff made tea or coffee for us anytime we needed it. The location was a little isolated but they arranged a taxi for us. The lobby was a little small, we were a party of 8 persons. They let us use the dining area. They even ordered the dinner for us and delivered to the room.

  Nice place for valur

  Nice hotel 1/2 way between the airport and downtown. Tolley bus stops just outside of entrance can be used to get downtown in 15 mins. Breakfast was simple but ok, rooms were comfortable and quite big.

  Not thrilled

  Me and my husband went on a quick trip (2nights)to Sarajevo. I decided to pick this hotel from the great reviews mentioning that it was clean. Needless to say the hotel itself is very presentable. The modern colors make it look appealing. We checked in got to our room and everything seemed clean. I must say I was pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Now for the bed it was very very firm. Two twin beds pushed next to eachother. Not comfortable for me or my husband. My sheets had what looked like a drop of blood on them. My blanket had several drops of what looked like once again blood. Once I saw that it did throw me off and made me uncomfortable sleeping that last night. Good thing it was only two nights and I brought my own blankets. Being that it is a 4 Star hotel I would expect not to see dirty sheets. The breakfast is fine eggs, bread, an assortment of cheeses and cold cuts. The table cloth in the breakfast area was full of crumbs and stains. For the price I paid for 2 nights I will not be returning to this hotel.

  Horrible and impolite

  The hotel was booked for my family by an agency and it is ranked as 4 stars, but after 7 days of accommodation I wouldn't give it 1 star. Firstly the room is not well cleaned and the toilet is just wiped by a piece of cloth. Secondly the breakfast is just eggs, bread, cheese and cold sausage besides I found two times hair in the breakfast. Thirdly I paid 45 for their laundry to get our clothes cleaned and ironed and when I received them some of them were still dirty, some were wet, and were ironed badly. Finally the receptionist lady were impolite and rude when I came to complain about one of the staff he was rude and he opened our room without permission while I was inside the room and she said it is not their fault and also she said "I will not apologize for you and I will call the police!" what I can simply say about the experience that it is horrible and if it is the oy hotel in Sarajevo I won't stay inn.
