  Amazing place

  We went here on a last minute trip due to Covid however it was the most amazing holiday ever. Ender and the restaurant staff were incredible and couldnt have been anymore helpful and friendly. Gigi, Leo and sally were amazing as well! We did book to come back within a week of leaving we enjoyed it that much and family members extended their stay. I actually couldnt fault this place we are already booking to go back next year. Its like a family there and was so sad leaving.

  Best Holiday Ever

  Im not one to usually write reviews but honestly this hotel really deserves the recognition... We have been coming to turkey for 12 years now and always stay at the Grand Aquarium, The rooms are lovely with amazing views from most of the balconys. The housekeepers do a great job of keeping everything clean and up the standard, The pool and surrounding area is beautiful and also very well looked after. But what really makes this place so special is the staff they go above and beyond to make sure that you have the most perfect holiday and have everything you need especially saliye she is so so helpful and makes you feel so at home! The entertainment team are also incredible Charlie (entertainment manager) Gigi and Leo do such a fantastic job and really try to get everyone involved and having fun, but are not pushy with it at all. Their are different shows and activities everyday/night, perfect for both children and adults their is something for everyone to enjoy! The whole Grand Aquarium team are the best, they are seriously the most hard working, kind and friendliest people we have ever met, they can't do enough for you. I really could not recommend staying here enough! Thank you for another fantastic holiday, Cant wait for next year :)

  Amazing hotel and staff

  2nd time visiting, reception staff (Sirin & Orhan)plus the rest are lovely people with a smile allways on there faces, entertainment staff(Leo & Gee G) just help make the holiday enjoyable, these lads for there age are top guys and dedicate there time to please and entertain everyone, bar staff and kitchen staff are all amazing people and work there back off to help please you! Bedrooms and facilities are very good and kept in a clean condition daily! Brilliant COVID measures throughout the hotel. I cannot wait to return again next year!!!!! Muge who works in the small shop is a darling, working 7 days a weeks morning to night! I arrived with an ongoing back issue, after 5 deep tissue massages I felt a whole lot better, the lad knows what he is doing. My only problems was if you sleep in the fold out beds in the living rooms you are constantly hit with blue light around the pool all night, I'd probably suggest turning this off around 1am or changing the light direction, and secondly can be abit loud when your trying to sleep at 1am just echo noise from the bar area being closed down, but other than that I think the hotel is run perfect and will be returning again and again, Many Thanks to all the staff and thank you for the enjoyable time I had visiting Turkey

  Absolutely fantastic hotel

  Dear grand aquarium What an absolute pleasure it was staying with you guys.. where do I start ! The girls & guys on arrival was so welcoming.. Sally & tansel we love you guys.. Leo & GiGi.. wow! What absolute stars.. you both made our week.. my family loves you even my husband! We truly are friends forever this hotel will be lost without you.. The guys behind the bar cannot do enough for you.. so so friendly.. Anybody who is thinking of booking here dont think just go! You will not regret it.. We cannot wait to come back next year with more family members

  Best hotel ever!!

  Second time here and it gets better every year!! Leo and GG and charlie are amazing entertainment. The hotel itself is beautiful clean and well presented. Waitinf staff are lovely and friendly. Sally is wonderful nothing is ever to much trouble. Ali the night manager is a lovely bloke aswell.
