  Very Restful

  The wife and I have been here now on a couple of occasions, value for money, welcoming staff good size room great facilities fridge and microwave excellent, comfy bed has basic gym swimming pool, with Indonesian style breakfast available down stairs, dining options were great with waroengs sounding the nearby park Taman Bungkul opposite the hotel, waroeng Rawon Kalkulator was good dining option and Grab an GoJek food next option, all summed up a very restful stay and I wouldnt hesitate to return.

  Long Stay (13 days stay)

  This is my 3rd times I was staying at the hotel. The 3rd stay was the long one (13 days). During the 2nd day breakfast was okey the staff asked for the room number because its part of the rules but almost everyday they asked for the room number and not even recognize or remember the person. During my last day Ive asked about the porridge and they said still doing for refill. But after sometimes the porridge still wasnt placed in the chaffing dish. I would also to give one of your staff who give attention details, her name was Ida, server. She did tremendous job and could recognize and remember what guest almost everyday have it during breakfast. Well done Ida!!!

  Nice place but hard to park the car

  This 4 star standard hotel is actually very comfortable, for the service is very kind, it's just, the wrong location of the hotel and the parking lot is limited, it's very depressing for this four-star standard.

  Toastmaster contest

  I like the view most, the amenities are great, very comfy and worth the value, It is in the city center where we can find so many interesting cukinary spots and city gardens and all are beyind stepwalk, The building architecture is unique and the staff are very helpful and friendly, I believe it is one of the smart choice I made to the jorney

  Run Down, Dirty, just within 2year since refurbished

  we are transiting from tangerang to bali. 2 years ago we remember the hotel has just been recently refurbished. But Very dissapointed this time. The Carpet is dirty lots of crumbs and hair, bedsheet has hair, so we asked the hotel to change with new set of sheets, and still it is stained. Cleaning crew not wearing masks, so i told the cleaner to wear and adhere safety protocols. I learnt that they have change hotel management. Definitely not reccomended even their room size is very big.
