  Nice size bedrooms but too many issues

  Its a bit out of the city in E 11 area. There are shops around 10 mins walk away. The first room I was given had damp. The second was not much better. However opening the windows helped. Bed was ok, but bathroom was a mess. Badly laid out, the water from the washbasin spilled right onto the floor. It took over an hour to get hot water. No restaurant on the premises. They took my ID but next day forgot to include it inn the envelope of the bill. I suppose my fault for not asking for it

  One night stop over

  Nice affordable hotel. At the time, 36 euros a night including breakfast. My accomadation consisted of a lounge , bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with western " facilities". Aircon and fans. From the centre of Islamabad there are two routes , one, quickest, goes through a less salubrious area, the second via the highway is better!! The hotel is in a very safe environment, with good security. The staff are very pleasant and the food very nice.

  Do not book

  Garbage hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights worst mistake ever. Wifi kept shutting off for the 2 days they delayed fixing it then fixed it only for it to happen again. The showers had cold water, when we reported it they just had a big grin about the issues the whole time. Pathetic hotel. Shouldn't be called grand Islamabad hotel instead it should be calles GARBAGE ISLAMABAD HOTEL. Go to crown hotel.

  Okish for Pakstan

  Im giving two because its a two star hotel, staff friendly and helpful enough. I had gastroenteritis and I only ate here, but you can never say for sure 100% where you got it. Breakfast bad. There was a 5.8 earthquake 150km from hotel, building shook by didnt fall down on plus side.

  Reasonable Hotel in Capital

  Stayed here for four nights. Hotel was not functional to its full capacity due to COVID-19 pandemic. The location is good and the staff also cooperative. Check in was quick and smooth. The rooms are large but the setting is a bit old looking. The washrooms need improvement. Housekeeping services were a bit slow to respond. Room service was good. Breakfast was ok, could have been better if the guests were more. The charges are reasonable. If the management intensify there efforts this can compete well.
