  Wow, great hotel and amazing bedding

  This is a GREAT hotel. It is located well outside of the city center, but everything about this hotel is about comfort and luxury. This is a new hotel and is beautifully appointed, especially the beds. Everyone in our party commented on how nice the beds were.

  Gorgeous Hotel! 5 Stars!!!

  This was by far our favorite hotel. We felt like movie stars staying here. The walk from the lobby to our room was a bit of a treck, but it was so well worth it. Our room was a corner room with gorgeous views of the city. I'll post pictures. The room was luxurious, the bed was amazing and the shower was wonderful!

  Grand Indeed

  Best and certainly brightest hotel of our escorted tours 5 hotels, despite not being in a prime location. Room was excellent and extremely comfortable. The main floor restaurant is above average with an assortment of Chinese and western dishes. Skip upstairs Chinese restaurant unless youre a native and perhaps one of the many business clients the hotel caters to.

  If You Stay Anywhere in Hangzhou...stay here. It is Spectacular. Here's why. (A-)

  We visited on a UTO tour. This is the best hotel we visited in China. And honestly, this is one of the best big hotels I've ever visited. The lobby was huge. Spectacularly clad in stone from top to bottom. Almost overwhelming. The room was larger than average, well-appointed and very clean. The service reminded me of some of the finest service-oriented hotels I've visited in Japan over the years. The breakfast buffet was similarly well appointed. All in, this hotel provides a positive, memorable experience that, based on Trip advisor's December prices, will provide you fantastic value.

  A luxurious gem

  This hotel was beyond luxury. It was HUGE and grand. Definitely out of the way, but worth it. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were amazing. I could have a party in the size of my shower! The pool was humongous and heated, and the spa/fitness area was just beyond anything I've seen in a hotel. Highly recommended!
